Important details:
• Other wireless equipment using the same frequency can reduce
the transmission range.
• The range of all wireless equipment depends on the type of obstacles located
between the transmitter and the receiver (e.g. a concrete wall will interfere with
the signal more than a plasterboard wall).
If you experience problems, try the following:
• Turn off any other existing wireless equipment to check if this is the cause of the problem.
• Move any other existing wireless equipment. Shorten the distance between
the sending and receiving devices and reduce the number of obstacles
(walls, furniture, etc) between them.
Safety
• Do not place the product where it could fall into water or other liquids. Do not
place any objects which contain liquid onto the product such as vases, drinks, etc.
• Never subject the product to high temperature, dust, heavy vibration, impacts,
humidity or moisture.
• Do not place the product on soft surfaces such as beds, sofas or blankets;
as the ventilation openings might become obstructed.
• The product should not be placed in a confined space such as a cupboard or on
a shelf which restricts air flow.
• The product must only be connected to a standard domestic 230–240V, 50–60 Hz
electrical supply.
• The standby switch on the remote control does not disconnect the product from
the power supply.
• Disconnect the device from the power supply by unplugging it from the wall socket.
Make sure that the wall socket and plug are easily accessible.
• Do not abuse the mains lead. Do not carry the product by its mains lead. Grasp and
pull the plug and not the mains lead when unplugging the product. Make sure that
the mains lead does not come into contact with heat, sharp edges or is crushed.
• This product is intended for indoor use only.
• Never attempt to tamper with or modify the product in any way.
• Do not use the product if it is in any way damaged or does not function correctly.
• Never use accessories which are not recommended by the manufacturer.
• The product should only be repaired by qualified service technicians using original parts.

Getting started
Insert one CR2025) into the remote control. Ensure the polarity is correct before
inserting the battery. The plus (+) polarity on the battery should be facing up.
Refer to the markings in the battery compartment.

Installation
Note: Connect all cables before connecting the speaker system to the mains.
The speakers must only be connected to a standard domestic 230–240V, 50–60 Hz
electrical supply.

Operating instructions
Switching the speaker dock on
1. Set [ON/OFF] on the speaker’s back panel to ON.
2. The display will read (”-”) which indicates standby mode.
3. Press [Standby] on the remote or the speaker’s control panel.
4. The display will show the selected input source. In the example ”BT”
(Bluetooth) is used.
5. Press [Standby] again to return to standby mode.
iPod/iPhone/iPad playback
While docked
Note: Be extremely careful when connecting youriPod/iPhone/iPad to the dock,
otherwise there is a risk for damaging the dock.
1. Carefully insert your iPod/iPhone/iPad into the dock.
2. Reduce the volume on your iPod/iPhone/iPad to an acceptable low level.
3. Turn on the speaker system and press [INPUT] on the control panel or the remote
until ”IP” (iPod mode) is shown in the display.
4. Adjust the volume to a desired level.
5. Control playback as described in the Buttons and functions section above.

Via Bluetooth
1. Turn on the speaker system and press [INPUT] on the control panel or the remote
until ”BT” (Bluetooth mode) is shown in the display. After a few seconds the dot
next to the BT symbol will start flashing rapidly. This indicates that the speaker
system is scanning for other Bluetooth devices.
2. Activate Bluetooth on the device to be paired and place it in connecting mode.
Once the speaker has connected with the device the dot will then begin
flashing slowly. Note: If asked to enter a PIN code, you should enter “0000” (four
noughts). Certain devices may even require you to approve the connection.
3. Control playback as described in the Buttons and functions section above.
Note: The buttons on the remote work differently depending on the model of iPod,
iPhone or iPad you are using.
Note: Once the speaker has paired with the device, all subsequent connections will
occur automatically if the device is within range.

Via AUX IN
1. Connect an appropriate cable (sold separately) from the device to the speaker’s
AUX IN (RCA) port.
2. Turn on the speaker system and press [INPUT] on the control panel or the remote
until ”AU” (AUX-IN mode) is shown in the display.
3. Lower the volume on the connected device and start playback.
4. Adjust the volume to a desired level.
Video Playback via VIDEO OUT
1. Connect the appropriate cable, composite or S video (sold separately), to
the speaker’s VIDEO OUT socket and the other end to your TV.
2. Carefully insert your iPod/iPhone/iPad into the dock.
3. Turn on the speaker system and press [SETUP] on the remote until ”TV”
(VIDEO OUT mode) is shown in the display. Note: The ”TV” symbol will only flash
by shortly indicating (VIDEO OUT mode) is active. The display will show the previous setting even though the ”TV” (VIDEO OUT mode) is activated.
4. Make sure your TV is in the correct mode to receive the signal from the cable
that is connected to it. Read your TV’s instruction manual if you are unsure.
5. Start playback on your iPod/iPhone/iPad.
6. Control playback as described in the Buttons and functions section above.
Note:
• Depending on the model of iPod/iPhone/iPad you use, you may need to press
[SETUP] on the remote to switch between viewing video on your docked iPod/
iPhone/iPad or on the connected TV.
• Depending on your model of iPod/iPhone/iPad, you may need to press
the play-symbol on your iPod/iPhone/iPad in order to start playback.
• The buttons on the remote work differently depending on what model of iPod,
iPhone or iPad you use.
Care and maintenance
• Clean the speakers using a lightly moistened cloth. Only use mild cleaning agents,
never solvents or corrosive chemicals.
• Unplug the mains lead from the wall socket during thunderstorms.
• Store the speakers in a dry and dust-free area when you are not using the speakers
for a longer time period.

connected to both the wall and speaker outlet.
• Check that the wall socket is live.
• Check that the volume is turned up both on

• Check that the (IP) function is chosen via [INPUT].
• Test playback directly on your iPod/iPhone/iPad for
proper functioning before connecting it.
• Make sure that your iPhone/iPod is properly connected to the dock.
• Make sure that the connectors on the dock and your
iPod/iPhone/iPad are undamaged and free from
obstructions.
• Check that the volume is turned up both on
the speakers and your iPod/iPhone/iPad.
• Check that the (BT) function is chosen via [INPUT].
• Make sure that your iPod/iPhone/iPad and the
speakers are properly connected. Refer to the iPod/
iPhone/iPad playback – Via Bluetooth section above.
• Check that the volume is turned up both on
the speakers and your iPod/iPhone/iPad.
• Check that the (AU) function is chosen via [INPUT].
• Make sure that the cable connecting the device and
the speaker is undamaged and correctly connected.
• Check that the (TV) function is chosen via [SETUP]
button.
• Check that all cables are undamaged and properly
connected.
• Check that your TV is set correctly to accept
the incoming signals via the connected cable. Refer
to your TV’s instruction manual if you are unsure.
• Test video playback directly on your iPod/iPhone/
iPad for proper functioning before connecting it.
• Make sure that your iPhone/iPod is properly
connected to the dock.
• Make sure that the connectors on the dock and your
iPod/iPhone/iPad are undamaged and free from
obstructions.

• Utsätt aldrig högtalaren för höga temperaturer, dammig miljö, starka vibrationer,
stötar, fukt eller väta.
• Placera inte högtalaren på sängen, i en soffa eller på en filt, detta gör att ventilationsöppningarna blockeras.
• Högtalaren ska inte heller stå för trångt t.ex. i ett skåp eller i en bokhylla där luften
hindras från att cirkulera fritt.
• Högtalaren får endast anslutas till ett vägguttag med 230–240 V, 50–60 Hz.
• Standbyomkopplaren på fjärrkontrollen skiljer inte högtalaren från elnätet.
• Bryt strömmen till högtalaren genom att dra stickproppen ur vägguttaget.
Stickproppen måste vara lättåtkomlig.
• Misshandla inte nätsladden. Bär aldrig högtalaren i nätsladden. Ryck inte i sladden
utan dra i stickproppen när du bryter strömmen. Se till att nätsladden inte kommer
