1. Insert core drill into chuck and tighten securely.
2. With drill set to a reasonably slow speed, plug in and switch ON.
3. Slowly offer core drill to wall etc to be drilled until it touches , using a steady pressure, push drill into surface,DO NOT
FORCE, allow the drill to do the work. It may be necessary to adjust the speed to suit the size of drill and the material
being cut.
AS A GENERAL GUIDE ONLY, the larger the drill, the slower the speed required, also the harder the material being cut,
the slower the speed.
4. To ensure the core drill doesnt bind, occasionally withdraw it from the hole whilst it is still turning to clear any waste,
keep repeating this process until the hole is finished.
5. When finished turn the drill OFF and unplug from the main electric supply.
6. Remove core dril and store safely for later use.
!!! CAUTION !!!
When using core drills, ensure a firm grip at all times on the machine to prevent the drill being snatched from your hands in
the event of a jam. Jaming can be caused for various reasons, such as small pieces of brick etc breaking off an wedging
the core drill in the hole.
