1. Disconnect the battery charger cord from the machine and electrical outlet.
2. Fill the solution tank with water. The water temperature must not exceed 105° F (40° C).
3. The tank cap can be used for dosing the detergent. One full cap is 30 ml giving 0.5% detergent of the 1.6 gal (6 L) tank capacity. (*)
4. Adjust the handle to the desired height. Turn the machine on with
the power button.
5. Lift the pedal to lower the machine and start working.
6. Grab the handles to activate the brush and solution flow, then start cleaning the floor.
When finished using
7. Press the solution button to select the type of cleaning required.
8. For sweeping functions, lift/lock the right lever to lift the front squeegees in order to collect light debris.
9. For double scrubbing, press the vacuum suction button to switch the vacuum off.
10. Turn the machine off with the power button.
11. For transporting and parking the machine, push the pedal down (slightly lift the front of the machine by tilting the handlebar).
12. Empty the recovery and solution tanks. Clean them out with water.
13. Remove the cover and clean it with hot water. Remove the ball float cage along with the float and clean them thoroughly.
14. Check and clean the solution and vacuum filters regularly.
15. Remove the squeegee bars. Remove the cylindrical brush by
turning the side knob clockwise.
17. Clean the debris collection tray.16. Clean the squeegee bars and the cylindrical brush with water. Check for wear and replace when necessary.
(*) ALWAYS FOLLOW THE DETERGENT DOSING RECOMMENDATION ON THE LABEL OF THE CHEMICAL PRODUCT USED.

18. Clean the machine using a damp cloth and where needed use a neutral cleaning product.
19. Charge the batteries: Connect the battery charger cord from the machine to an electical outlet.
20. Store the machine in a clean and dry place.

The machine doesn’t work as it should?
(*) For these causes the maintenance
The suction doesn’t work
1. Check if the battery is charged. 2. Check if the battery is correctly fitting in the machine. (*)
procedure must be performed by an authorized Clarke Service Center.
For further information refer to the Service Manual, available at any Clarke Service Center.
3. Machine fault indicated by LED’s blinking. (*)
as it should?
1. Check if the recovery tank is full. 2. Check if dirt and debris are clogging the squeegee inlet and if the blades are worn or damaged.
3. Rinse the inside of the duct recovery hose with water.
4. Check if the float cage is clean.
The machine doesn’t clean as it should?
1. Check to see if the solution filter is dirty. Clean it if necessary.
2. Check if the holes in solution dispensers are clogged. Remove them and clean if needed.
3. Check to make sure the quick connect valve is not leaking.
The brush doesn’t work as it should?
1. Adjust the brush pressure by turning the regulation knob.
2. Check for brush wear, and make sure that it is installed correctly.
3. Check to see if there is debris that is preventing the brush from rotating.
