This Filter unit is built to ensure a life of not less than 2.000 working hours , provided it operates in an environment in which the temperature does not exceed -10O +5OOC and the air is not contaminated with solvents or paints to such an extent as to cause irreversible damage to components.
Similarly, NEVER use solvents to clean the Filter unit as this would cause irreversible damage to the polycarbonate bowl.
Take care when connecting the unions to the unit, do not overtighten, and do not hold the unit by the polycarbonate bowl when tightening.
The maximum operating pressure the unit can operate is 8 bar.
An arrow, stamped on the body of the unit, indicates the direction in which the air should flow.
IMPORTANT! You are reminded that the sequence for assembly is: FILTER - LUBRICATOR
Condensate is collected in the polycarbonate bowl, and will eventually become visible. This must be drained manually by screwing the drain plug ANTICLOCKWISE (looking down on the unit) and leaving open until all water is drained.
There are no user serviceable parts to this unit.
