FIXING ORDER
1. Pass the coach bolt (6) through the
two parts being joined.
2. Slide a washer (7) on to the the coach
bolt.
3. Then slide a spring washer (8) on to the
coach bolt.
4. Secure into place using a nut (9).

1. Attach the 490mm lower
cross member (3) to a leg
(5).
2. Secure into place using the
assembly fixings (11).
1. Attach the free end of the
490mm lower cross member
(3) to another leg (5) as
shown
2. Secure into place using the
assembly fixings (11).

1. Attach the 500mm lower
cross member (4) and
another leg (5) as shown.
2. Secure into place using
the assembly fixings (11).

lower cross members (3 +
4) to another leg (5) as
shown.
Make sure that the two
500mm lower cross
members are placed
opposite each other .

1. Fit the top side rails (1) as
shown (above the 490mm
lower cross member).
2. Secure into place using 8
assembly fixings (11).

the remaining assembly

ASSEMBLY
The compleated leg kit should
look like this.
Use the 4 bolts and nuts left to
fix the table saw to the leg kit.
