ST ATUS: Ready to Load
ST ATUS: No LED/Lights lit
ACTION: Check incoming voltage at Terminal
Block (TBI). Voltage should be between 11-16 volts.
Check the 1/4 amp inline fuse and make sure it
hasn’t blown. Replace monitor if fuse checks out
as good.
ST ATUS: Yellow power LED/Light lit, but no
permit light
ACTION: Check Auxiliary (AUX) connections.
All three auxiliary lights must be on/lit to get a
permit light. If no auxiliary inputs are being used,
a jumper must be installed (see OTHER
COMPONENTS).
ST ATUS: Solid red LED/Light on top sensor
ACTION: Check compartment for wet sensor.
Remove sensor wire corresponding with LED.
Substitute with wire from nearest working sensor.
If the LED remains lit, replace monitor. If the LED
corresponding to the substituted wire is lit, replace
the sensor or check wiring.
ST ATUS: Flashing red LED/Light in top sensor
ACTION: Remove sensor wire corresponding with
the flashing LED. Substitute with a working sensor.
If the same LED continues to flash, replace monitor.
If flashing LED changes to the location of the substituted wire, check the wiring or replace the sensor.
ST ATUS: Flashing red top sensor LED/Light in
compartment 6 on a 5 or less compartment trailer
ACTION: Check wiring at the terminator. If
connections are good, replace terminator.
ST ATUS: All top red LED/Lights are flashing
ACTION: Check common wire. Check for
low voltage at Terminal Block (TBI).
ST ATUS: Solid red
LED/Light on bottom sensor.
ACTION: Check
compartment for product. Hit
blue Retain/Reset Button to see
if condition clears. If condition
persists, repeat action from #4.
ST ATUS: Flashing red LED/Light on
bottom sensor.
ACTION: Check compartment for
product. Hit Retain/Reset Button to see if light
clears. Check wiring connections.
