INSTRUCTION MANUAL

Please read this Instruction Manual and the safety instructions before
operating the appliance!

Safety precautions

In the event of an emergency:

as your voltage. Connect the
appliance to earthed power

Before cleaning, unplug the

appliance in any liquid.

Descaling

Carefully read safety instructions on descaler
packet.Descaler is aggressive to surface of
casing.Do not use vinegar!

Preparation

Remove capsule

Fill with descaler and

0.5Lwater

Descaling

Empty capsule
container+drip tray

Place a receptacle

Avoid using vinegar as it can
damage your machine.

Start

Press both buttons
simultaneously for 3 seconds

Let descaling solution run
through twice

Rinse

Empty, rinse and fill
water tank with fresh
water

Rinse machine, see 1

Water hardness

Rinse machine,
see 1

Stop

Exit:press both buttons
simultaneously for
3 secs

Descale after

If leakage

see:

Refill water tank once
more with descaling
solution and repeat step

Troubleshooting

No light

No coffee,
no water

Coffee is not
hot enough

The lever cannot
be closed completely

Leakage or unusual
coffee flow

Lights flash irregularly

water comes out,
No coffee

The machine has switched off automatically; press ON/OFF button
Check the mains: plug, voltage, fuse.

Check the water tank if empty, full with potable water. Descale it if necessary
Lift the lever. Press one coffee button and wait until water comes out.

Preheat cup. Descale the machine if necessary.

Empty the capsule container/Check that there is not a capsule
blocked inside the machine

Check that the water tank is in position

Check the water tank if empty, full with potable water.
Replace a new capsule
Exit descaling procedure (see paragraph on descaling).

Power save activates after 10 mins of non-use
