With Chronos connected to watch, place on cradle and charge for 30 minutes.
Chronos has a two-day battery life.

Clean the back of your watch with the included wet and dry cloths.

Remove the protective layer from the darker microsuction side of your Chronos.

Align, press, and hold Chronos to back of watch for 10 seconds.
Align with arrow pointing down as shown.
