The Chromalox GIC-AMB sensor is used for
measuring the ambient air temperature to
prevent freeze-up of process piping that is
carrying products whose temperature must be
kept above freezing so that the inner medium
will flow. The RTD sensor element is made
up with a Copper sheath and can be installed
directly to a controller or junction box using
the 1/2” NPT conduit fitting. The 304 SS guard
protects the probe against accidental damage.
