Your wristwatch is tted with an
automatic movement. When you
wear your watch, the movements
of your wrist are automatically
converted into the energy required
to operate your watch. You can also
wind the watch by hand. If you do
not wear the watch, we advise you
to place it in a watch winder.
Turn in both directions.
Exposing our watches to water is
not recommended. Your watch
may be damaged if you wear it
while swimming or in the shower.

To set the planisphere (constellations)
to the correct position, you must
adjust the watch to the correct sign
of the Zodiac. To do this, pull the
crown out carefully to position
2
.
Now turn the crown so that the
hands point to 12:00 (in winter
time) or 13:00 (in summer time).

constellations begin to turn. Make
sure that the present sign of the
Zodiac (see illustration) is visible
at the bottom of the watch face (at
the 6 o’clock position). en pull

show the right time, then push the
crown in again completely.
Functionalities

planisphere that rotates 366 (365 +1)

of stars and constellations that are
visible from the northern hemisphere.

een logisch verhaal. Immers, sinds mensen heugenis wordt tijd bepaald aan
de hand van astronomische waarden. Daarom kunnen we met recht over
onze horloges zeggen: Astronomy, time in its purest form.
Uw horloge is voorzien van een
automatisch uurwerk. Door het
horloge te dragen worden de
bewegingen van uw pols omgezet
in de energie die nodig is om het
horloge te laten functioneren.
U kunt het horloge ook met de
hand opwinden. Indien u het
horloge niet draagt raden wij u aan
uw horloge op een watchwinder
te zetten. In beide richtingen
laten draaien.
U wordt afgeraden om onze
horloges aan water bloot te stellen.
Zwemmen en douchen kunnen het
horloge beschadigen.
Horloges van Christiaan van der
Klaauw Astronomical Watches zijn
voorzien van een band gemaakt
van Alligator leer. Deze band kan
vervangen worden. Neemt u daar-
toe contact op met een ociële
dealer van Christiaan van der
Klaauw Astronomical Watches.

Uw horloge kan worden ingesteld

Om de planisfeer (sterrenhemel)
op de juiste positie te zetten dient
u het sterrenbeeld correct in te
stellen. Hiervoor trekt u de kroon
voorzichtig uit naar stand
2
.
Draai de kroon nu zodat de wijzers
op 12:00u (in wintertijd) of 13:00u
(in zomertijd) komen te staan.
Zet de kroon vervolgens in de
1
stand door de kroon volledig terug
te drukken en weer één stand uit te
trekken. Draai nu de kroon zodat
de sterrenhemel begint te draaien.
Zorg nu dat het huidige sterren-
beeld onderin de wijzerplaat
(op de 6-uurspositie) zichtbaar is
(zie afbeelding). Trek hierna de
kroon weer naar stand
2
en draai
de wijzers vooruit naar de juiste
tijd. Als de wijzers op de juiste tijd
staan drukt u de kroon weer
volledig terug.
Functionaliteiten
De wijzerplaat wordt gevormd door
een planisfeer die ieder jaar 366
(365 +1) maal rond draait. De extra
omwenteling is noodzakelijk omdat
ons zonnestelsel, waartoe de Aarde
behoort, ten opzichte van andere
stelsels beweegt. De planisfeer
bevat sterren en sterrenbeelden
die vanuit het noordelijk halfrond
zichtbaar zijn. In het venster wordt
de sterrenhemel weggegeven zoals
die op dat moment van de Aarde
zichtbaar is.

Votre montre est équipée d’un
mouvement perpétuel : ces sont les
mouvements de votre poignet qui
produiront l’énergie nécessaire à
son fonctionnement. Vous pouvez
également la remonter à la main.
Et quand vous ne la portez pas,
nous vous conseillons de la placer
sur un remontoir mécanique.
Rotation possible dans les
deux sens.
Veillez à ne pas mettre votre
montre dans l’eau : prendre un
bain ou une douche en la portant
l’endommagerait.

d’alligator, qui peut être remplacé.

Pour régler la constellation, il vous
faut tout d’abord acher le signe
du zodiaque actuel. Tirez douce-
ment sur la couronne de remontoir
jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit en position

Positionnez les aiguilles sur 12.00
(heure d’hiver) ou sur 13:00 (heure
d’été). Repoussez complètement
la couronne de remontoir vers
le boîtier, puis tirez-là jusqu’en po-

. Faites-la tourner jusqu’à
ce que la constellation commence à
tourner. Assurez-vous que le signe
du zodiaque actuel (cf. illustration)
s’ache en bas du cadran
(à 6 heures). Tirez de nouveau sur
la couronne du remontoir jusqu’à
ce qu’elle soit en position

, ce qui
vous permettra de régler l’heure.
Lorsque les aiguilles indiquent l’heure
désirée, repoussez la couronne
complètement vers le boîtier.
Fonctionnalités

Ihre Armbanduhr ist mit einem
automatischen Uhrwerk ausgerüstet.
Durch das Tragen der Armbanduhr
erzeugt die Bewegung Ihres Hand-
gelenks die für den Betrieb der
Armbanduhr benötigte Energie.
Sie können die Uhr auch von Hand
aufziehen. Wenn Sie die Armband-
uhr nicht tragen, sollten Sie diese
in einem Uhrenbeweger befestigen.
In beide Richtungen drehen
lassen.
Setzen Sie die Armbanduhr bitte
nicht dem Wasser aus! Das Tragen
der Uhr beim Baden oder Duschen
kann zu Schäden führen.
Armbanduhren von Christiaan van
der Klaauw Astronomical Watches
werden mit einem Armband aus
Alligatorleder geliefert. Dieses
Armband kann ausgetauscht
werden. Wenden Sie sich bitte
an Ihren Fachhändler von

Einstellung
Die Einstellungen Ihrer Uhr
können Sie durch die Verwendung
der unterschiedlichen Positionen
der Krone anpassen. Die Krone
bietet drei Stände:

die Krone, wenn Sie Ihre Uhr
tragen. In diesem Stand können
Sie die Uhr von Hand aufziehen.

Drehen Sie die Krone jetzt so,

vorwärts, bis die richtige Zeit
eingestellt ist. Sobald die Zeiger die
richtige Zeit anzeigen, drücken Sie
die Krone wieder ganz nach innen.
Funktionalitäten
Das Zierblatt besteht aus einer
Sternenkarte, die sich jedes Jahr
366 (365 +1) Mal dreht.
Die zusätzliche Umdrehung ist
erforderlich, da sich unser Sonnen-
system, zu dem die Erde gehört,
im Verhältnis zu den anderen
Systemen bewegt. Die Sternenkarte
umfasst Sterne und Sternzeichen,
die von der nördlichen Halbkugel
aus sichtbar sind. Im Fenster wird
der Sternenhimmel angezeigt, wie
er zu diesem Zeitpunkt von der
Erde aus sichtbar ist.

Su reloj de muñeca está equipado
con un reloj automático. Cuando
lleva el reloj puesto, los movimien-
tos de su muñeca generan la
energía necesaria para que funcione.
También puede dar cuerda al reloj
manualmente. Si no lo lleva puesto,
le recomendamos que lo coloque
en un mecanismo de cuerda
automática. Giro en ambas
direcciones.
No debe exponer el reloj al agua.
Bañarse o ducharse con el reloj

Для установки карты звездного неба

вы должны установить на часах
