INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
NAC25H E1/G1/S1 Racks Casters
The NAC25H casters are designed for use with Chief® E1, G1 or S1 Series racks. See t he specific inst allation instructions provide d with the
rack for additional installation information.

NOTE: Casters may be installed using a torque wrench, and torque not to exceed 5 ft-lbs.
E1/G1 Racks Caster Installation
1. Attach a caster ( A) to each lowe r corner of the E1 rack using four
1/4-20 x 5/8" Phillips truss head machine scr ews (C) [OR four
1/4-20 x 1/2" hex head cap sc rews (D) ] and four 1/4-20 loc k nuts
(B) for each caster. (See Figure 1)

S1 Racks Caster Ins tallation
1. Attach a cast er (A) to each lower corner of the S1 rack using four
1/4-20 x 1/2" hex head cap screws (D) [OR four 1/4-20 x 5/8"
Phillips truss head machine screws (C)] for each caster. (See
Figure 2)
