1. Install CMA-440/-450/-455 or CMS-440 (accessory not
included). See installation instructions included with the
accessory.

4. Connect ground wire to grounding screw. (See Figure 3)

2. Install box (A) with four screws (D) (See Figure 1). Tighten
securely.
NOTE:
3. Secure lid to box (A) with two screws (D) (See Figure 2).

Tighten securely.

Knockouts are provided for ease of installation. Any
open knockout needs to be plugged, using parts (B) or
(C). Additional 1/2" (B) or 1" (C) plugs may be
purchased at a local store, if needed.
