Step 1 – Install Control Stop Valve
• Thread the 1" or 3⁄
4" Stop Valve to the pipe nipple extending
from the wall.
• The water inlet to the flushometer body should be aligned with the
spud inlet on top of the fixture (i.e. urinal) but at a minimum of 2–
3
⁄4".
• Pipe sealant is acceptable on the connecting thread with the
pipe nipple only.
• Flush water line to clear debris by opening Stop Valve momentarily
Step 2 – Install Spud Tube with Vacuum Breaker and Flange
• Place Spud Flange on top of fixture
• Assemble: Spud Coupling, Spud Nut,
Slip Ring, and Rubber Washer onto
Spud Tube with Vacuum Breaker
• Insert Spud Tube with parts into Spud
Inlet on top of fixture
• Hand Tighten
Settings:
