Durch die 3D-Technologie können Sie die Neigung de r Tastatur durch
die Aufstellfüße an den Ecken nach vorn oder hinten verstellen.
Zusätzlich können Sie den beigelegten Au fstellfuß in die Mitte der
Tastatur stecken.

The 3D technology allows you to adjust the inc lination of the keyboard
to the front or back using the feet at t he corners. You can also plug the
foot supplied into the middle of the keybo ard.

Grâce à la technologie 3D, vous pouvez régler l'inclinaison du clavier
vers l'avant ou l'arrière à l'aide des pieds situés aux coins. Vous pouvez
en outre placer le pied joint à la livraison au milieu du clavier.

Die Batterie ist sofort betriebsbereit und muss vor der ersten Benutzung nicht geladen werden.

Laden Sie die Batterie der Maus, wenn die Batteriestatus-LED
der Maus rot blinkt. Während des Ladevorg angs
können Sie weiterarbeiten. Stecken Sie das Ladekabel nur
ein, wenn eine aufladbare Batte rie eingelegt ist.

Das vollständige Laden der Batterie dauert ca. 16 Stunden.
Während des Ladevorgangs leuchtet die Ladestatus-LED

rot.

Charge the mouse battery when the mouse battery

charging process. Only plug in the charging cable when a
rechargeable battery is inserted.

Vous devez recharger la pile
de la souris lorsque la DEL

La recharge complète de la pile dure 16 h env. Pendant le
chargement, la DEL d'état de charge est allumée en
rouge.

1Tipps

1.1 Mausuntergrund

Eine helle, strukturierte Fl äche als Mausuntergrund
steigert die Effektivität der Maus und gewährleistet
eine optimale Bewegungserkennung.

Eine spiegelnde Fläche ist als Ma usuntergrund nicht
geeignet.

1.2 Reinigung der Geräte

Vorsicht!

Beschädigung durch aggressive Re inigungsmittel
oder Flüssigkeit in den Geräten

1 Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung keine Lösungsmittel

wie Benzin oder Alkohol und keine Scheuermittel
oder Scheuerschwämme.

2 Verhindern Sie, dass Flüssigke it in die Geräte

gelangt.

3 Entfernen Sie nicht die Tastkappen der Tastatur.

1 Reinigen Sie die Geräte mit einem leicht feuchten

Tuch und etwas mildem Reinigungsmittel
(z. B. Geschirrspülmittel).

2 Trocknen Sie die Geräte mit einem fusselfreien,

weichen Tuch.

1.3 Entsorgung der Altgeräte

Entsorgen Sie die Altgeräte über eine
Sammelstelle für elektronischen Abfall oder
Ihren Händler.

1.4 Entsorgung der Batterien

Die Tastatur enthält eine Alkal i-Mangan­Batterie. Laden Sie diese nicht auf. Die
Maus enthält eine aufladbare Nickel­Metallhydrid-Batterie.

Ist die Alkali-Mangan-Batterie leer oder lässt sich die
NiMH-Batterie nicht mehr laden, entsorgen Sie sie
nicht im Hausmüll. Batterien entha lten möglicherweise
Schadstoffe, die Umwelt und Gesu ndheit schaden
können. Bitte geben Sie die Ba tterien im Handel oder
bei den Recyclinghöfen der Kommunen ab. Die
Annahme ist gesetzlich vorgeschrieben und
unentgeltlich. Werfen Sie nur entladene Batterien in
die aufgestellten Behälter.

Alle Batterien und Akkus werden wiederverwertet . So
lassen sich wertvolle Rohstoffe, wie Eisen, Zink oder
Nickel, zurückgewinnen. Batterierecycling ist der
leichteste Beitrag zum Umweltschutz.

1.5 RSI-Syndrom

RSI-Syndrom

RSI steht für "Repetitive Strain Injury" = "Verletzung
durch wiederholte Beanspruchung". RSI entsteht
durch kleine, sich ständig wiederholende
Bewegungen.

Typische Symptome sind Beschwerden in den
Fingern oder im Nacken. Weitere Informationen finden

1 Richten Sie Ihren Arbeits platz ergonomisch ein.
2 Positionieren Sie Tastatur und Maus so, dass sich

Ihre Oberarme und Handgelenke seitlich vom
Körper befinden und ausgestreckt sind.

3 Machen Sie mehrere kleine Pa usen, ggf. mit

Dehnübungen.

4 Ändern Sie oft Ihre Körperhaltung.

nachfolgend konkretisierte Eingeschränkte Herstellergarantie neben den Ihnen zustehenden
gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechten gilt und diese weder ersetzt noch beschränkt. Zur
Geltendmachung Ihrer gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte aus dem Verkauf von
Verbrauchsgütern wenden Sie sich bitte an den Verkäufer dieses Produkts.

Garantieberechtigung: Cherry ist eine eingetragene Marke der ZF Electronics GmbH. Die
ZF Electronics GmbH („ZF Electronics“) gewährt ab dem 01.06.2006 dem Käufer dieses
Cherry-Produkts („Produkt“) eine Eingeschränkte Herstellergarantie („Garantie“), sofern
dieses Produkt vom Käufer in seiner Eigenschaft als Verbraucher erworben und benutzt wird.
Gewerbliche Nutzer dieses Produkts oder Käufer in ihrer Eigenschaft als Unternehmer sind
von der Garantie, wie sie nachfolgend konkretisiert wird, ausgeschlossen. Die Gewährung
und der Inhalt einer Garantie für derartige Käuferkreise kann mit ZF Electronics individuell
unter der in der Betriebsanleitung angegebenen Kontaktadresse vereinbart werden.
Die Garantieberechtigung ist nicht übertragbar und auf den ursprünglichen Käufer
beschränkt.
Diese Garantie bezieht sich nur auf Produkte, die in einem Mitgliedstaat der Europäischen
Union, in Island, Norwegen, der Schweiz oder der Türkei gekauft worden sind und auch für
den Verkauf in einem dieser Länder vorgesehen waren; sie ist nur in diesen Ländern gültig
und durchsetzbar.

Garantiefrist: Die Garantiefrist beginnt mit dem Datum, an dem das Produkt von einem
Endkunden erworben wird (Datum des Originalkaufbelegs) und beträgt drei (3) Jahre bzw.
neunzig (90) Tage für alle Datenträger, auf denen die Software zu diesem Produkt geliefert
wird.

Inanspruchnahme der Garantie: Sollten Sie die Garantie in Anspruch nehmen wollen,
müssen Sie binnen dreißig (30) Tagen nach Auftreten des Mangels bei einer von
ZF Electronics autorisierten Kundendienststelle Folgendes vorlegen: das Produkt und den
Originalkaufbeleg. Dieser muss den Namen und die Adresse des von ZF Electronics
autorisierten Verkäufers, das Kaufdatum und den Kaufort ausweisen sowie die eindeutige
Bezeichnung des Produkts.
Die Verantwortung für Verlust oder Beschädigung des Produktes geht nicht auf
ZF Electronics über, bis das Produkt nicht bei ZF Electronics eingetroffen ist.

Garantieleistung: Material-, Konstruktions- oder Verarbeitungsmängel der Hardware werden
innerhalb der Garantiefrist durch ZF Electronics oder durch eine von ZF Electronics
autorisierte Kundendienststelle innerhalb einer wirtschaftlich angemessenen Frist kostenfrei
durch eine Reparatur, in dem Umfang, wie sie erforderlich ist, um die Betriebsbereitschaft
wiederherzustellen oder, sollte ZF Electronics dies nach eigenem Ermessen für nötig
erachten, durch Austausch des Produktes oder Teilen davon behoben.
Falls keine dieser beiden Möglichkeiten besteht, wird ZF Electronics den vom Kunden
gezahlten Kaufpreis erstatten. Ersatzprodukte können auch Produkte sein, die dem Stand der
Technik zum Zeitpunkt des Erwerbs des zu ersetzenden Produktes entsprechen. Für die
Reparatur und den Austausch des Produktes darf ZF Electronics neue, erneuerte oder
neuwertige Produkte oder Teile verwenden. Soweit dies gesetzlich möglich ist, liegt es
grundsätzlich im Ermessen von ZF Electronics, welche der vorbenannten Möglichkeiten
gewählt wird.
Auf ersetzte Teile oder Produkte besteht Garantie entweder bis zum Ablauf der
ursprünglichen Garantie für das Originalprodukt, oder drei (3) Monate ab Austausch der Teile
oder Produkte, je nachdem welche Garantiefrist länger ist.
Ausgetauschte oder zurückgenommene Teile oder Ausstattungsteile gehen in das Eigentum
von ZF Electronics über.
Mängel an Verschleißteilen, die naturgemäß nur eine begrenzte Lebensdauer haben (wie
z. B. Batterien oder Sicherungen) sind von der Garantie ausgenommen. Ebenso sind

Drittanbieterprodukte, die mit dem der Garantie unterliegenden Produkt zusammen geliefert
werden, von der Garantieleistung durch ZF Electronics ausgeschlossen.
Weiterhin gilt die Garantie nicht für normale Abnutzungserscheinungen. Ferner ist
ZF Electronics nicht zur Garantieleistung verpflichtet, wenn der Mangel auf Missachtung der
Betriebsanleitung, unsachgemäße oder grobe Behandlung sowie Modifizierungsversuche,
beispielsweise durch scharfe Gegenstände, durch Biegen, Druck oder Fallenlassen, auf
unbefugte Eingriffe bzw. Anschlussversuche, unbefugtes Öffnen bzw. Reparieren sowie
Reparaturversuche mit nicht zugelassenen Ersatzteilen, Fehlbedienungen und
unsachgemäße Installation zurückzuführen ist. Die Garantie findet weiter keine Anwendung,
wenn das Produkt Nässe, Feuchtigkeit oder extremer Wärme- bzw. Klimabedingungen bzw.
kurzfristigen Schwankungen entsprechender Einflüsse, Korrosion oder Oxidation ausgesetzt
wurde, Nahrungsmittel oder Flüssigkeiten darüber verschüttet wurden oder chemische
Substanzen darauf eingewirkt haben.

Haftungsbegrenzung: Die Haftung von ZF Electronics ist der Höhe nach auf den
Originalkaufpreis des Produkts begrenzt.
Im gesetzlich zulässigen Umfang schließt ZF Electronics ferner die Haftung für etwaige
Begleit- und Folgeschäden, indirekte oder anderweitige Schäden sowie Einkommens- und
Gewinnausfall oder -verlust, Verlust von Informationen oder Daten oder anderweitige
finanzielle Schäden aus, die in Verbindung mit dem Kauf, Installation, Wartung und
Anwendung des Produkts entstanden sind, insbesondere erhöhte Kosten oder Ausgaben für
indirekte Verluste oder Schäden, selbst wenn ZF Electronics über die Möglichkeit derartiger
Schäden informiert wurde.
Die Haftungsbegrenzung und der Haftungsausschluss bleiben auch dann bestehen, wenn
eine im Rahmen der Garantie geleistete Abhilfe ihren Zweck nicht erfüllt hat.
ZF Electronics ist unter keinen Umständen für Software, Informationen oder Daten des
Kunden verantwortlich, die auf dem an ZF Electronics zurückgesandten Produkt gespeichert
bzw. in dieses integriert sind.
Die vorstehenden Haftungsbeschränkungen gelten nicht im Falle vorsätzlichen oder grob
fahrlässigen Handelns von ZF Electronics oder im Falle des Todes oder für
Personenschäden.

Keine Garantieübernahme für Betreibersoftware: Dieses Produkt kann Software von
Drittanbietern beinhalten, deren Verwendung durch einen separaten Lizenzvertrag geregelt
wird, bzw. mit solcher Software gebündelt ist. Die von ZF Electronics gewährte Garantie gilt
nicht für derartige Software von Drittanbietern, unabhängig davon, ob diese in dem Produkt
enthalten ist oder auf das Produkt heruntergeladen wurde und unabhängig davon, ob diese
während der Installation, der Montage, des Transports oder zu irgendeinem anderen
Zeitpunkt in der Auslieferungskette eingefügt wurde oder vom Käufer auf andere Weise
erhalten wurde. Hinsichtlich der hierfür anwendbaren Garantie informieren Sie sich bitte im
Endnutzer-Lizenzvertrag, der die Benutzung derartiger Software regelt.

Weitere Informationen: Diese Garantie beinhaltet den einzigen und ausschließlichen
Rechtsbehelf des Käufers gegenüber ZF Electronics und ZF Electronics’ einzige und
ausschließliche Haftung für Mängel an dem Produkt. Diese Garantie ersetzt alle
anderweitigen Garantien und Haftungserklärungen, sollten diese in mündlicher, schriftlicher
oder stillschweigender Form abgegeben worden bzw. auf (nicht zwingend) anwendbare
gesetzliche Bestimmungen oder vertragliche Bestimmungen zurückzuführen sein. Ersetzt
werden im übrigen auch stillschweigende Garantien bezüglich marktgerechter Qualität des
Produkts oder Eignung für einen bestimmten Zweck.
Kein ZF Electronics-Distributor, -Vertreter oder -Angestellter ist berechtigt, Änderungen,
Erweiterungen oder Ergänzungen zu dieser Garantie zu gewähren.

1Tips

1.1 Surface under the mouse

A bright, structured surface u nder the mouse increases
the efficiency of the mouse an d ensures optimum detec­tion of movement.

A reflective surface is not suitable for use under the
mouse.

1.2 Cleaning the devices

Caution!

Damage may be caused by ha rsh cleaning agents or liq­uids in the devices

1 Do not use solvents such as gasoline or alcohol and

scouring agents or scouring sponges for cleaning.
2 Prevent liquids from entering the devices.
3 Do not remove the keycaps of the keyboard.

1 Clean the mouse with a slig htly damp cloth and some

mild cleaning agent (e.g. dis hwashing liquid).
2 Dry off the mouse with a soft, lint-free cloth.

1.3 Disposal of the old unit

Dispose of the old unit via a collecting point for
electronic scrap or via your dealer.

1.4 Disposal of the batteries

The keyboard contains an alkaline battery. Do
not recharge it. The mouse contains a
rechargeable nickel metal hydride battery.

If the alkaline battery is empty or the NiMH
battery cannot be recharged, do not dispose of them with
household waste. Batteries contain potentially harmful
substances that can damage the environment and
endanger public health. Please take your batteries to a
commercial disposal site or a recycling center run by your
local authority. This service is statutory and free of
charge. Please only throw used batteries into the
designated containers.

All standard and rechargeable batteries are recycled,
which enables valuable raw materials, such as iron, zinc
and nickel to be recovered. Recycling batteries is the
easiest way to contribute toward protecting t he
environment.

1.5 RSI syndrome

RSI syndrome

RSI stands for "Repetitive Strain Injury". RSI results from
small, continually repeated movements.

Typical symptoms are discomfort in the fingers or neck.

Restricted Manufacturer’s Guarantee

Restricted Guarantee – statutory Guarantee: Please note that the Restricted
Manufacturer’s Guarantee set out below applies in addition to your statutory guarantee and
neither replaces nor restricts it. Please contact the seller of this product with any claim based
on your statutory guarantee rights arising from the sale of consumer goods.

Guarantee rights: Cherry is a registered brand of ZF Electronics GmbH. With effect from
June 1, 2006, ZF Electronics GmbH (“ZF Electronics”) grants the purchaser of this Cherry
product (“Product”) a Restricted Manufacturer’ Guarantee (“Guarantee”) provided that this
Product is bought and used by the purchaser in his capacity as a consumer. Commercial
users of this Product or purchasers acting in their capacity as entrepreneurs are excluded
from the Guarantee as set out below. The granting of a guarantee and its contents for these
purchasers can be agreed with ZF Electronics individually at the contact address given in the
instructions for use.
The Guarantee is not transferable and is limited to the original purchaser.
This Guarantee applies only to Products bought in a member state of the European Union,
Iceland, Norway, Switzerland or Turkey and which were intended for sale in one of these
countries; it is valid and enforceable in these countries only.

Guarantee period: The Guarantee period begins on the date on which the Product is
purchased by an end customer (date of original proof of purchase) and runs for three (3)
years, or ninety (90) days for all media on which software for this Product is provided.

Claiming under the Guarantee: If you wish to make a claim under this Guarantee, you must,
within thirty (30) days of the occurrence of a defect, submit the following to an authorized
ZF Electronics customer service office: the Product and the original proof of purchase. This
must show the name and address of the authorized ZF Electronics salesperson and the date
and place of purchase as well as the unique product designation.
Responsibility for loss or damage to the Product is not transferred to ZF Electronics until the
product has reached ZF Electronics.

Guarantee benefits: Defects in the material, construction or processing of the hardware will
be remedied within the Guarantee period by ZF Electronics or by an authorized
ZF Electronics customer service office free of charge within a commercially acceptable period
by repair to the extent necessary to restore operation, or, should ZF Electronics at its own
discretion consider it necessary, by replacing the Product or parts of it.
If neither of these two possibilities is feasible, ZF Electronics will reimburse the customer the
purchase price paid. Replacement products may also be products which were state-of-the-art
at the time of the purchase of the Product to be replaced. ZF Electronics may use new,
refurbished or as-new products or parts for the repair and replacement of the Product. As far
as legally possible, ZF Electronics may choose between the possibilities mentioned above at
its own discretion.
Replaced parts or Products are guaranteed either until the end of the original Guarantee
period for the original Product or for three (3) months from the exchange of the parts or
Products, whichever Guarantee period is longer.
Exchanged or returned parts or pieces of equipment become the property of ZF Electronics.
Defects in parts subject to wear and tear, which by their nature have only a limited service life
(e.g. batteries or fuses), are not covered by the Guarantee. Products from third parties
supplied together with the Product under Guarantee are not covered by the Guarantee from
ZF Electronics.
Furthermore, the Guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear. Additionally, the
Guarantee from ZF Electronics does not apply if the defect is the result of disregard of the
instructions for use, improper or rough treatment or attempts at modification, e.g. using sharp
objects, bending, pressure or dropping, of unauthorized interference or attempts at
connection, unauthorized opening or repair or attempted repair with non-approved spare
parts, incorrect operation or faulty installation. Nor does the Guarantee cover cases where the

Product has been exposed to moisture, damp, extreme heat or extreme climatic conditions or
short fluctuations of these influences, corrosion or oxidation, where food or liquids have been
spilled over it or it has been attacked by chemical substances.

Limitation of liability: ZF Electronics liability is limited to the original purchase price of the
Product.
to the legally permitted extent, ZF Electronics also precludes liability for any accompanying or
resulting damage, indirect or other damage and the shortfall or loss of income or profit, the
loss of information or data or other financial damage incurred in connection with the purchase,
installation, maintenance or use of the product, in particular higher costs or expenditure on
indirect losses or damage, even if ZF Electronics has been informed of the possibility of such
damage.
The limitation and preclusion of liability shall apply even if a remedy provided under the
Guarantee has not fulfilled its purpose.
ZF Electronics is under no circumstances responsible for the customer’s software, information
or data stored on or integrated into the Product returned to ZF Electronics.
The limitations of liability detailed above do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence on
the part of ZF Electronics or in the case of death or injury to persons.

No guarantee on operator software: This Product may contain software from third-party
providers whose use is regulated through a separate licence contract, or it may be connected
to software of this kind. The Guarantee granted by ZF Electronics does not cover such third­party software, regardless of whether it is contained in the product or has been downloaded
on to the product and regardless of whether it was added during installation, assembly,
transport or at any other time in the delivery chain or was received by the purchaser in
another way. Information concerning the guarantee applicable in this case may be obtained
from the licence contract with the end user, which regulates the use of software of this type.

Further information: This Guarantee contains the sole and exclusive legal remedy of the
purchaser towards ZF Electronics and ZF Electronics sole and exclusive liability for defects in
the product. This Guarantee replaces all other guarantees and declarations of liability where
these were made in verbal, written or implied form or are based on (non-mandatory)
applicable statutory or contractual provisions. It also replaces implied guarantees of the
marketable quality of the Product or its suitability for a particular purpose.
No ZF Electronics distributor, sales agent or employee is authorized to grant amendments,
extensions or supplements to this Guarantee.

1 Conseils

1.1 Surface pour la souris

1.3 Mise au rebut de l'appareil usagé

Eliminer l’appareil usé via un point de
collecte pour déchets électroniques ou via
le point de vente.

1.4 Mise au rebut des piles

Le clavier contient une pile alcaline
manganèse. Ne la rechargez pas. La
souris contient une pile rechargeable
nickel-hydrure métallique.

Si la pile alcaline manganèse est usagée ou si la pile
NiMH ne se recharge plus, ne les jetez pas avec les
ordures ménagères. Les piles peuvent contenir des
substances nocives pour l'env ironnement et pour la
santé. Mettez les piles au rebut via les dispositifs
prévus à cet effet dans le commerce ou les centres de
recyclage. La réglementation prévoit leur reprise à
titre gratuit. Ne jetez que des piles déchargées dans
les récipients prévus à cet effet.

Toutes les piles et batteries sont recyclées. Cela
permet de récupérer des matières premières de
grande valeur telles que le fer, le zinc ou le nickel. Le
recyclage des piles est un moyen très facile de
contribuer à la protection de l 'environnement.

Limitation de garantie – Garantie légale : La limitation de garantie et de responsabilité du
fabricant stipulée ci-après s’applique. Toutefois, elle ne remplace ni limite les droits à la
garantie légale qui vous sont concédés. Veuillez vous adresser au vendeur de ce produit en
vue de l’exercice de vos droits à la garantie légale issus de la vente de biens de
consommation.

Droit à la Garantie : Cherry est une marque déposée de ZF Electronics GmbH. La société
ZF Electronics GmbH (ci-après dénommée « ZF Electronics ») accorde à compter du
01/06/2006 une limitation de garantie et de responsabilité du fabricant (ci-après dénommée
« Garantie ») à l’acheteur de ce produit Cherry (ci-après dénommé « Produit ») dans la
mesure où l’acheteur a acquis et utilise ce Produit en sa qualité de consommateur. Les
utilisateurs professionnels de ce Produit ou les acheteurs en leur qualité d’entrepreneurs sont
exclus de la Garantie stipulée ci-après. L’octroi et le contenu d’une garantie pour de tels
groupes d'acheteurs peuvent être convenus individuellement avec ZF Electronics à l’adresse
mentionnée dans la notice d’instruction.
Le droit à la Garantie n’est pas transmissible et se limite au premier acheteur.
La présente Garantie se rapporte uniquement aux Produits qui ont été achetés dans un Etat
membre de l’Union européenne, en Islande, en Norvège, en Suisse ou en Turquie et qui sont
destinés à la vente dans un de ces pays ; elle s’applique et est applicable uniquement dans
ces pays.

Période de Garantie : La Garantie prend effet à la date à laquelle le Produit a été acheté par
un client final (date du justificatif d’achat original) et sa durée est de trois (3) ans ou quatre­vingt-dix (90) jours pour tous les supports de données sur lesquels le logiciel de ce Produit
est livré.

Recours à la Garantie : Si vous souhaitez avoir recours à la Garantie, vous devez présenter
dans une agence de service après-vente agréée de ZF Electronics dans les trente (30) jours
qui suivent le vice les pièces suivantes : le Produit et le justificatif d’achat original. Ce dernier
doit comporter le nom et l’adresse du vendeur agréé de ZF Electronics, la date et le lieu
d’achat ainsi que la désignation exacte du Produit.
ZF Electronics décline toute responsabilité pour toute perte ou détérioration du Produit
jusqu’à son arrivée chez ZF Electronics.

Garantie : Les vices de matériel, de construction ou de traitement du matériel seront réparés
gratuitement par ZF Electronics ou par une agence de service après-vente agréée de
ZF Electronics durant la période de Garantie, dans un délai considéré économiquement
raisonnable, de façon à rétablir l'état de fonctionnement ou, il sera procédé à un
remplacement du Produit ou des pièces de ce dernier si ZF Electronics le juge nécessaire.
Si ces deux possibilités s'avèrent inexistantes, ZF Electronics remboursera le prix d'achat
payé par le client. Des produits de remplacement peuvent aussi être des produits conformes
à l’état de la technique au moment de l’acquisition du Produit à remplacer. ZF Electronics
peut utiliser des produits ou des pièces neuves, remises à neuf ou à l’état neuf afin
d’effectuer la réparation et le remplacement du Produit. Dans la mesure où ceci est légal, le
choix de l’une des possibilités précitées est toujours laissé à la libre appréciation de
ZF Electronics.
Les pièces ou les produits remplacés sont garantis soit jusqu’à expiration de la Garantie
accordée initialement pour le Produit d’origine, ou pour une durée de trois (3) mois à compter
de la date de remplacement des pièces ou des produits en fonction de la période de Garantie
la plus longue.
La propriété des pièces échangées ou reprises ou des pièces d'équipement passe à
ZF Electronics.

D’autre part, la Garantie ne s'applique pas en cas d'usure normale. En outre, ZF Electronics

d’instruction, à une manipulation incorrecte ou négligente ainsi qu’à des tentatives de
modification, par exemple en utilisant des objets pointus ou tranchants, par pliage, pression
ou chute, si ce vice est survenu par suite d’interventions ou d’essais de raccordement non
autorisés, d’une ouverture ou d’une réparation interdite ainsi que par des tentatives de
réparation avec des pièces de rechange non autorisées, par des commandes incorrectes et
une installation non conforme. La Garantie ne s’applique pas non plus si le Produit a été
exposé à l’humidité, à une chaleur ou des conditions climatiques extrêmes ou à des
variations à court terme d'influences correspondantes, corrosion ou oxydation, si des aliments
ou des liquides y ont été renversés ou sous l’impact de substances chimiques.

Limitation de responsabilité : La responsabilité de ZF Electronics est limitée au montant du
prix d’achat original du Produit.
Dans le cadre de l'étendue de la garantie légalement admissible, ZF Electronics exclut en
outre toute responsabilité pour tous dommages secondaires ou consécutifs, dommages

Si la pila alcalina de manganeso está vacía o si ya no
se puede recargar la batería Ni MH, no las deseche en
la basura doméstica ya que pueden contener
sustancias nocivas para el medio ambiente y para la
salud. Deposite las pilas en los puntos de recogida de
los comercios o de los recintos de reciclado
comunitarios. Existe una normativa legal que obliga a
la recogida gratuita de las p ilas. Deseche únicamente
las pilas descargadas en los contenedores dispuestos
para tal fin.

Todas las pilas y acumuladores se pueden reciclar.
Esto permite recuperar materias primas valiosas

Garantía limitada del fabricante

Autorización de la garantía: Cherry es una marca registrada perteneciente a la empresa
ZF Electronics GmbH. ZF Electronics GmbH ("ZF Electronics") garantiza al comprador de
este producto Cherry ("Producto") desde el 01.06.2006 una garantía restringida del fabricante
("Garantía"), siempre que este producto sea adquirido y usado por el comprador en su
calidad de consumidor. Los usuarios comerciales de este producto o los compradores en su
calidad de empresarios quedan excluidos de la garantía, como se indica a continuación. La
concesión y el contenido de una garantía para dicho sector de compradores puede acordarse
de forma individualizada con ZF Electronics a través de la dirección de contacto indicada en
las instrucciones de uso.
La autorización de la garantía es intransferible y se limita al comprador original.
Esta garantía sólo se refiere a productos comprados en un estado miembro de la Unión

Uso de la garantía: Si desea hacer uso la garantía, en el transcurso de treinta (30) días tras
la aparición del defecto deberá presentar lo siguiente en uno de los puntos de servicio al
cliente autorizados por ZF Electronics: el producto y el comprobante de compra original. Éste
debe indicar el nombre y la dirección del vendedor autorizado por ZF Electronics, la fecha de
compra y el lugar de compra, así como la denominación clara del producto.
La responsabilidad por la pérdida o el deterioro del producto no pasará a ZF Electronics
hasta que el producto sea recibido por ZF Electronics.

Prestaciones de la garantía: Los defectos de material, construcción o acabado del
hardware se subsanan dentro del plazo de garantía a través de ZF Electronics o de un punto
de servicio al cliente autorizado por ZF Electronics dentro de un plazo apropiado
económicamente sin costes mediante una reparación en la extensión necesaria para
restablecer el estado operacional o, en caso de que ZF Electronics lo considere necesario
según su propio parecer, mediante el cambio del producto o de sus piezas.
En caso de que no exista ninguna de las dos posibilidades, ZF Electronics reembolsará el
precio de compra pagado por el cliente. Los productos de repuesto también pueden ser
productos que se correspondan con el estado de la técnica en el momento de la compra del
producto para reemplazar. Para la reparación y el cambio del producto ZF Electronics deberá
usar productos o piezas nuevos, renovados o como nuevos. Siempre que sea posible
legalmente, dependerá en principio del parecer de ZF Electronics la opción que se elija.
Para las piezas o productos reemplazados existe garantía hasta el vencimiento de la garantía
original para el producto original, o bien tres (3) meses desde el cambio de las piezas o
productos, dependiendo de qué plazo de garantía sea más largo.
Las piezas cambiadas o devueltas o las piezas del equipamiento pasan a ser propiedad de
ZF Electronics.
Los defectos en piezas de desgaste, que naturalmente sólo tienen una vida útil limitada
(como p. ej. baterías o fusibles), están excluidos de la garantía. Del mismo modo, los
productos de terceros suministrados junto con el producto sujeto a la garantía están
excluidos de las prestaciones de la garantía de ZF Electronics.

Además, la garantía no es válida para fenómenos de desgaste normales. ZF Electronics
tampoco está obligada a las prestaciones de la garantía cuando el defecto se haya producido
por ignorar las instrucciones de uso, por manejo incorrecto o con rudeza, así como por
intentos de modificación, por ejemplo con objetos afilados, por curvar, presionar o dejar caer,
por intervenciones o intentos de conexión no autorizados, por aperturas o reparaciones no
autorizadas, así como por intentos de reparación con piezas de repuesto no admitidas, por
usos incorrectos o por instalación incorrecta. La garantía tampoco se aplica cuando el
producto se expone a humedad o condiciones climáticas o de calor extremo u oscilaciones a
corto plazo por las correspondientes influencias, corrosión u oxidación, cuando se derrama

Limitación de responsabilidad: La responsabilidad de ZF Electronics está limitada al
importe del precio de compra original del producto.
En el alcance legalmente admisible, ZF Electronics también excluye la responsabilidad por
daños eventuales contingentes o resultantes, daños indirectos u otros daños, así como por
suspensión o pérdida de ingresos y ganancias, pérdida de información o datos u otros daños
financieros que se produzcan en relación con la compra, instalación, mantenimiento y
aplicación del producto, especialmente costes elevados o gastos por pérdidas o daños
indirectos, aún cuando ZF Electronics haya sido informada de la posibilidad de dichos daños.
