Super Flextips™
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Chemtronics Super Flextips Swabs are
constructed from medical g rade, 100 ppi ,
polyurethane f oam w hich f eatures f ine cell
structure, providing e xcellent pa rticle e ntrapment
characteristics. The foam is thermally bonded to the
nylon paddle a nd t he pol ypropylene s wab ha ndle
without using adhesives. The tough nylon paddle is
very f lexible a nd vi rtually unbr eakable. T hese
swabs ar e i deal f or g eneral cl eaning ap plications.
The closed cell foam results in a stronger head more
capable of enduring rougher use.
Traps surface particles while cleaning
High solvent capacity; holds solvent well
Fiberless construction does not generate
loose fibers or particles
No adhesives or binders are used in the
construction
Economical for high quantity applications
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
Chemtronics Super Flextips Swabs can be
used to:
Clean excess adhesives after gluing
Clean micro-mechanical devices
Maintain and service Fax machines,
VCR's, PC's, printers and copiers
Remove Flux residues from printed circuit
boards
Apply small precise quantities of adhesive or
lubricants

COMPATIBILITY
Foam Heads are compatible with most common
solvents such as isopropyl alcohol and methanol.
Not recommended for use with ketones such as
acetone or methyl ethyl ketone.
Nylon/Polypropylene Handles are generally
compatible with all common solvents including
most dilute or weak acids.
