ribbons. It a lso di ssipates s tatic c harge, w hich
prevents attracting airborne contamination that cling
to t he e nd f ace s urface. T he c leaning f ormulation
has f ast e vaporation a nd l ow odor , i s p lastic s afe,
residue f ree, a nd l ow VOC. T his non -pressurized
container can be easily and s afely t ransported. For
best r esults, us e w ith t he Q bE® Cleaning P latform
or CCT ™ Cl ear Connection Tool, with t he
Combination Cleaning™ process.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Read MSDS carefully prior to use.
1. Hold pe n v ertically a nd depress tip. For su rfaces
other t han e ndfaces, r ub pe n on s urface t o be
cleaned.
2. For e ndface c leaning, us e w ith Q bE® C leaning
Platform. When using with a QbE Cleaning System,
pull one QbE wipe over the F iber-Safe foam p laten
and depress the p en tip onto t he wipe to start liquid
flow.
3. Apply a small amount (1" diameter) of Fiberwash NF
Precision F iber O ptic C leaner onto t he wipe. F ollow
the Combination Cleaning process as follows:
• Hold t he end-face at 9 0º pe rpendicular to t he Q bE
platen; a llow th e e nd-face t o gl ide o ver w ipe.
Remember to adjust for APC connections
• Draw t he e nd-face lightly ov er t he pl aten i n a
smooth linear motion
• Do not press too hard
• Do not retrace your cleaning procedure in the same
area
• Do not u se a figure-eight motion; do not us e a
"twist & turn" motion
• Check y our w ork w ith a f iber sco pe o r m easuring
device
