Tacky F lux should only be a pplied t o B GA
rework areas on the circuit board, and not the
entire b oard. Remove c ap f rom syringe and
gently de press t he pl unger. S pread th e
material over the BGA application area. Use a
Control Wipe dry w ipe t o r emove flux
buildup from applicator tip.
Cleaning: No-Clean Tacky Flux residue does
not need to be r emoved a fter reflow, b ut can
