The Flux-Off Water Soluble CARB
Compliant formulation is a proprietary blend
of powerful c leaning solve nts de signed to
replace TMS based solvents. T his defluxing
agent removes R , R MA, R A, a nd sy nthetic
flux residues, a s w ell as ionic a nd non-ionic
soils.

tube. Product is Flammable - Do not use near
