Unit not working / dead
Check/replace the plug fuse.
Check socket and ring main are working and switched on.
Check the cord and plug for condition
Check the dial is set to correct temperature
Thermal cutout has been activated - see below
Thermal cut out reset
Disconnect and allow to cool
Press reset button and restart the appliance.
Power indicator light is not on
Perform above checks
Unit is on but not heating
Check thermostat temperature selection
Thermostat may need replacing - contact approved service agent
Unit not emptying from tap
Check the drain tap is open correctly
Check the drain tap is not blocked using suitable tools
