If you require technical support or in the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty please telephone our Helpline for immediate assistance. Faulty product claims made within the 3-year warranty period will be repaired or replaced free of charge provided that you have satisfactory proof of purchase (keep your receipt). This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. Your statutory rights are not affected. This limited warranty does not apply in cases of damage caused by accident, improper use, abuse and force majeure.
This limited warranty will be invalidated if the appliance is tampered with in any way whatsoever. In case of questions or technical problems please call the following toll-free help line number: 888-315-8407, Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm EST.
If the appliance has to be returned to us, it must be packed correctly as we cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused in transit.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be observed including, but not limited to, the following:
1. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS
2. Keep the product out of the reach of children and pets. This product is not intended for use by children. Extra caution is necessary when using this product near children.
3. Always ensure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet before assembling or disassembling parts, relocating, or cleaning it.
4. Always unplug the product from the electrical outlet when it is not in use.
5. Do not leave the product unattended when it is in use.
6. Do not use attachments not recommended or sold by the product manufacturer.
7. Do not use the product to open pressurized (aerosol-type) cans or bottles, as an explosion hazard exists.
8. Do not open cans of flammable materials (e.g., lighter fluids).
9. Keep hair, hands, fingers, or any other body parts from entangling with the moving parts of the product while the product is operating.
10. Do not place this product in water or other liquids and do not allow water/
liquids to enter any openings in the motor housing.
11. Do not drop or insert objects into the openings of the product (except as
instructed for scissors); do not block the openings of the product.
12. Do not plug or unplug the product into/from the electrical outlet with a wet
hand.
13. Do not operate the product if it has a damaged or cut power cord or plug,
if wires are exposed, if it malfunctions, if it is dropped or damaged, or if the motor housing is dropped in or exposed to water. This product has no user-serviceable parts. Do not attempt to examine or repair this product yourself. Only qualified service personnel should perform any servicing; take the product to the appliance repair shop of your choice for inspection and repair.
