If you require technical support or in the unlikely event that your purchase is
faulty please telephone our Helpline for immediate assistance. Faulty product
claims made within the 1-year warranty period will be repaired or replaced free of
charge provided that you have satisfactory proof of purchase (keep your receipt).
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. Your statutory rights are
not affected. This limited warranty does not apply in cases of damage caused by
accident, improper use, abuse and force majeure.

This limited warranty will be invalidated if the appliance is tampered with in any way

If the appliance has to be returned to us, it must be packed correctly as we cannot
accept any responsibility for damage caused in transit.

THIS APPLIANCE IS FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY.

WARNING: When using electrical appliances especially when children are
present, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of
fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons, including the following:

1. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.

2. To protect against the risk of electric shock, do not immerse any part of this
appliance into water or any other liquid.

3. Never leave the appliance unattended when in use. This appliance is not
intended for use by children or disabled persons without supervision.

4. Unplug from outlet while not in use, before putting on or taking off parts and
before cleaning.

5. Avoid contact with moving parts. Keep hands, hair, clothing, as well as
spatulas and other utensils away from beaters and dough hooks during
operation to reduce the risk of personal injury and/or damage to the hand
mixer.

6. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the
appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner.

7. Do not let the cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch hot surfaces
including stovetops or gas/ electric burners.

8. Never mix accessories with different functions at the same time. Dough
hooks should never be fit with beaters as this may cause a safety hazard or
damage to the unit

9. Do not use this appliance outdoors or for commercial purposes. This unit is
intended for household use only.

10. Remove beaters from hand mixer before washing.

11. Do not allow the power cable to hang down within reach of children.

12. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children.

13. The use of attachments or accessories not recommended or sold by the

manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or injury.

14. Do not attempt to repair or disassemble the appliance. There are no user

serviceable parts.
