IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Signal Word Definitions
DANGER – Indicates an imminently hazardous situation, which, if not avoided, will
result in death or serious injury. Usage of this signal word is limited to the most extreme situations.
WARNING Indicates a potentially hazardous situation, which, if not avoided, could result in death or serious injury.
CAUTION Indicates a potentially hazardous situation, which, if not avoided, may result in minor/moderate injury or product/property damage. It also alerts against unsafe practices.
Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical products, especially when children are present.
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE.
WARNING-- To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, or serious
personal injury:
Keep the product out of the reach of children and pets. This product is not
intended for use by children. Close adult supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children.
Always ensure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet and the all
parts stopped before assembling, disassembling, relocating, or cleaning it.
Do not leave the product unattended while it is in use. Always unplug the
product from the electrical outlet when not in use.
Do not plug or unplug the product into/from the electrical outlet with a wet
hand.
Avoid contact with moving parts. Keep hair, hands, fingers, or any other body
part from coming into contact with the moving parts while the product is operating.
Keep hands and utensils away from moving Blades while operating the product.
A scraper may be used but only when the product is not operating.
Keep the product away from heated surfaces. Do not place the Base, Power Cord, or Plug of this product in or expose the
parts to water or other liquids.
Handle the Blades with care, as they are sharp. Use caution when attaching or
detaching the Blades.
To disconnect from an electrical outlet, pull directly on the plug; do not pull on
the Power Cord.

Do not put any stress on the Power Cord where it connects to the product, as
the Power Cord could fray and break.
Never place cutting Blades on the Base without first putting the Bowl properly
in place.
Do not use attachments not recommended or sold by the product manufacturer. Do not operate the product if it has a damaged or cut Power Cord or plug, if
wires are exposed, if it malfunctions, if it is dropped or damaged, or if the Motor Housing is dropped in or exposed to water. This product has no user­serviceable parts. Do not attempt to examine or repair this product yourself. Only qualified service personnel should perform any servicing; take the product to the appliance repair shop of your choice for inspection and repair.
CAUTION-- To reduce the risk of personal injury or product/property
damage:
This product is intended for indoor, non-commercial use in blending food items
for human consumption. Do not use outdoors or for any other purpose.
Do not allow the Power Cord to hang (e.g., over the edge of a table or counter)
where it may be tripped over or pulled.
Always place the product on a flat, level, stable surface. Ensure the Cover is securely locked into place before operating the product.
Do not attempt to defeat the Cover interlock mechanism.
POLARIZED PLUG
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug fits in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug and try again. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.
A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the hazards resulting from entanglement or tripping over a longer cord. An extension cord may be used with care; If an extension cord is used, its marked electrical rating should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance. The extension cord should be arranged so that it does not drape over the counter or tabletop, where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over.

To Assemble
CAUTION: Handle the Blades with care, as they are extremely sharp.
1. Before using the product for the first time, thoroughly wash the Cover, Bowl,
and Blade Assembly in hot, soapy water and dry thoroughly.
2. Ensure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet and place the Base
on a flat, level, stable surface.
3. Place the column in the center of the
Bowl over the Shaft in the Base, aligning the tabs in the bottom edges of the Bowl with the indentations in the edges of the Base.
4. Turn the Bowl clockwise until the tabs on
the Bowl slide under the tabs on the Base, as shown.
5. While holding the Blade Assembly by the top, place it onto the column in the
Bowl and turn the Assembly until it rests about one half inch above the bottom of the Bowl.
6. Place the Cover onto the Bowl, ensuring
that the peg in the Cover is inserted into the top of the Blade Assembly and the small arrow on the top of the Cover points away from the top of the Base.
7. Turn the Cover until the arrow meets the
arrow on the top of the Base, as shown.

Instructions To Use Your Mini Food Chopper
WARNING: Always assemble the product completely before plugging it into an
electrical outlet. CAUTION: To prevent product damage, do not chop ingredients such as raw meat,
cheese, coffee beans, or chocolate.
1. Cut solid ingredients into small pieces, as needed.
NOTE: Hard vegetables, such as raw carrots, may require splitting and/or quartering for proper product operation.
2. Turn the Cover counterclockwise and remove it from the Bowl.
3. Place up to 1½ cups of solid or ¾ cup of liquid ingredients into the Bowl.
CAUTION: To prevent product/property damage, do not overfill the Bowl.
4. Reattach the Cover securely onto the Bowl by aligning the arrow on the Cover
with the arrow on the Base.
NOTE: The product will not operate until the Cover is securely locked into place.
5. Plug the product into a standard 110-120 volt AC electrical outlet, and then
press and hold the On/Pulse Button.
6. When the contents are at the desired consistency, release the On/Pulse Button,
and then allow the Blades to stop completely.
7. Unplug the product from the electrical outlet and then remove the Cover.
WARNING: Always unplug the product when it is not in use or is left unattended.
8. Turn the Bowl counterclockwise to release the tabs on the edges of the Bowl
from the tabs on the Base.
9. Remove the Blade Assembly before pouring contents from the Bowl.

Care and Maintenance
WARNING: Always unplug the product from the electrical outlet and allow the
Blades to completely stop before disassembling it for cleaning.
CAUTION: Use caution when attaching or detaching the Blade Assembly, as the Blades are extremely sharp.
Clean the product after each use. Wash the Cover, Bowl, and Blade Assembly
in hot, soapy water and dry thoroughly. Clean the exterior of the Base by wiping it with a soft, damp cloth.
WARNING: Do not immerse the Base in water or other liquids. CAUTION: Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads to clean any part of
the product.
Store the product in a cool, dry place.
WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONSWARRANTY
CHEFMAN LLC. warrants, subject to the conditions stated below, that from the date of purchase, this product will be free from mechanical defects for a period of THREE (3) years. CHEFMAN LLC, at its option, will repair or replace this product found to be defective during the warranty period. Should this product become defective by reason of improper workmanship or material defect during the specified warranty period, CHEFMAN LLC. will repair or replace the same effecting all necessary parts replacements for a period of three years from the date of purchase.
Transportation charges on parts, or products in whole, submitted for repair or replacement, under this warranty, must be borne by the purchaser.
CONDITIONS: This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty service or replacement. Dealers, service centers, or retail stores do not have the right to alter, modify or in any way, change the terms and conditions of this warranty. Warranty registration is not necessary to obtain warranty on CHEFMAN LLC. products. Save your proof of purchase receipt.
ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT WARRANTY: Most warranty repairs are handled routinely, but sometimes requests for warranty service may not be appropriate. For example, warranty service would NOT apply if the product damage occurred because of misuse, lack of routine maintenance, shipping, handling, warehousing or improper installation. Similarly, the warranty is void if the manufacturing date or the serial number on the product has been removed or the equipment has been altered or modified. During the warranty period, the authorized service dealer, at its option, will repair or replace any part that, upon examination, is found to be defective under normal use and service.
NORMAL WEAR: This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from any of the following: Negligent use or misuse of the product; Improper voltage or current; Use contrary to the operation instructions; Deviation from instructions regarding storage and transportation; Repair or alteration by anyone other than CHEFMAN LLC. or an authorized service center. Further, the warranty does not cover Acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes and tornadoes. CHEFMAN LLC. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the breach of any express or implied warranty. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in duration to the duration of the above warranty. Some states, provinces or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental o consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or province to province.
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE: You must contact CHEFMAN LLC. Customer Service at 888-315­8407 x 400. A Customer Service representative will attempt to resolve warranty issues over the phone. If telephone resolution is not possible, the Customer Service representative will require your assistance in performing routine diagnostic procedures. This warranty is effective for the time periods listed above and subject to the conditions provided for in this policy
