How to Keep Your Air Fryer Basket
in great shape
We know you’ll get tons of use out of
your new Air Fryer, and we want it to
remain in this just-unboxed condition
for as long as possible. To the right
are some handy tips to prevent
potential peeling and scratching.
Do NOT coat the Air Fryer Basket or
Tray with cooking spray; it will cause
buildup over time, which promotes
sticking. If desired, brush the Tray
with oil before cooking. Do NOT use
metal utensils when tossing or
removing food from the Air Fryer
Basket. Only use plastic, wooden or
silicone utensils that won’t scratch
the Basket or Tray.
• Take care when inserting and removing the Air Fryer Basket. Allow
Basket to cool before washing. Adding cold water to the heated
Basket can damage the nonstick coating.
• Clean the Air Fryer Basket and Tray by washing with soap, warm
water and a non-abrasive sponge.
• Do NOT use abrasive cleaning materials, like scouring pads, because
they may cause scratching or damage to the nonstick coating.
• Hand washing (even though the Basket and Tray are top-rack
dishwasher safe) will increase the longevity of use.
• Gently wipe down the exterior of the Air Fryer with a damp cloth or
paper towel. Never immerse the Air Fryer or its plug in water or any
other liquid. The Air Fryer’s housing is NOT dishwasher safe.
• After washing your Air Fryer Basket and Tray, towel dry them to
ensure they're fully dry before storing. Store in a cool, dry place.
