Cart Assembly
Place bottomshelf on table or grillshipping carton.
Insert tabson leg assembly with into right sideof bottom shelf.
Attach legassembly with one screw (4)on each side.
Insert tabson leg assembly into leftside of bottom shelf.
Attach legassembly with two screws oneach leg.

Correctly assembledlegs

Leg Extenders,Axle Rods, Wheels and TankThumbscrew
Turn cartupside down.
Insert legextenders. Check to make sureleg extender is all theway into theleg.
Attach u-nut(8) to tab. See enlargementof u-nut for correct position.
Thread tankthumbscrew (9) into hole andu-nut. Screw flanged hex nut
(10) ontoend of tank thumbscrew. Donot tighten further. Attach onewasher head screw (11) toaxle rod. Slide wheel onaxle
rod. Insertaxle rod into large holein bottom shelf. Attach otherwheel and washerhead screw. Hand hold axlerod to tighten washer head screw.

Rail Assembly
Overlap rails and hooktabs into slots. Pull railsto latch.
Attach onescrew (4) in center ofeach rail.
Attach railto legs with two screwsin each corner. HINT: Firmly pushrail down into leg notches.Attach lower screw first.

Rotate frontpanel up, insert push pins.

Angle grillbottom assembly around and underthe rails.
CAUTION: Becareful not to dislodge burnertubes.
Make sureribs on each side ofbottom casting are nestled into
notches oncasting seat.
Attach fourscrews (17) inside grill bottomand into casting seat.
