User Manual
Welcome to ChaosCam
Your new HC1 is a two-part dashboard camera with all the basic features of a camcorder. It has adopted the AmericanTI 1080P FHD signal transmission chipset, which means that the camera can be separate to the main hub. This makes it possible to have a smaller and more discreet camera unit, and makes it possible to place the hub unit safely out-of-sight. This segregated model of design offers more discretion, and both camera and driver visibility of the road are improved.
Featuring a 170 degree wide-angle fisheye lens. Video and still photos are recorded onto an external microSD card by utilizing high performance and high compression video codec technology.
ChaosCam is most useful for recording video evidence of automotive incidents such as road rage, traffic accidents, traffic disputes, bumper bashing, parking lot scrapes, hit-and-runs, etc. It is also useful in recording recreational activities such as road trips, game drives and other automotive leisure activities, where split second opportunities may be missed. ChaosCam is most useful when driving and also when the car is parked.

Lens Care: Clean the lens regularly for optimum recording using a lens or
glasses cloth. Wipe gently as to not scratch the surface of the lens.
Hardwiring Kit: The hardwiring kit which connects to the vehicle battery has a
