Channel Vision Technology will repair or replace any defect in
material or workmanship which occurs during normal use of this
product with new or rebuilt parts, free of charge in the USA, for two
years from the date of original purchase. This is a no hassle warranty
with no mail in warranty card needed. This warranty does not cover
damages in shipment, failures caused by other products not supplied
by Channel Vision Technology, or failures due to accident, misuse,
abuse, or alteration of the equipment. This warranty is extended only
to the original purchaser, and a purchase receipt, invoice, or other
proof of original purchase date will be required before warranty
repairs are provided.
Mail in service can be obtained during the warranty period by calling
(800) 840-0288 toll free. A Return Authorization number must be
obtained in advance and can be marked on the outside of the shipping
carton.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other

The model C-0441 is a versatile, high capacity phone distribution panel that mounts a standard 100 pair 110-type cross-connect block on a structured wire module. A switch based security panel loop is provided (more reliable than the typical RJ-31x jack).
Wiring the C-0441 for typical telephone use.
(24 telephone drops of 4 lines each.)
Cat-3 or Cat 5 cables from phone jacks around the house.
3) Untwist and position wires in slots 1-8 (extreme left). Follow color code as shown. Note that the white with color stripe wire is to the left of solid color.
Push the wires far into the block so they will stay in place.
3a) Identify this cable and fill in the upper left slot on the wiring list card.

2) Remove jacket from far left cable. (Use sheath cutting tool.)

4) Repeat for second cable.

4) Repeat for cables 3-12.
6) Use 4-pair impact tool to seat 110 blocks. Seat all blocks on top two rows.

5) Use 110 punch-down tool to seat and trim all wires
Note position of cutter
Start with 8-pin (4-pair) 110 blocks at far left. Note that some connectors have 10 pins (5 pair). Note the sequence of connectors.
Note color codes.

7) Wire the bottom two rows in the same fashion. Slide wiring lists into holders and snap into the frame. You will now have up to 24 phone drops, ready to cross-connect.
Caution: it is easy to place the connectors upside down. Use care when seating connectors.

7) Cross-connect 4 phone lines to all phone jacks.
Note slack in wire (service loop) allows for changes in future.

Snake wires back and forth to connect all phones to lines 1-4. Cross-connect wire can be purchased at electrical supply houses or make by stripping back a length of category cable.
NOTE: When you punch the wires down, remember to use the non-cutting blade on 110 punch-down tool.
8) Connect to Security panel. Connect to Telco last.

will “seize” line one, disconnect
it from the rest of the house
and dial the alarm central
station using line.
