TITAN 2
Product Overview
The Channel Master TITAN 2™ CM-7777 preamplier is a high gain, low noise preamplier used for weak signal areas. The CM-7777 takes a weak signal that is present at the antenna and amplies it to a viewable strength. In areas with fairly strong signals, use our medium gain preamplier (CM-7778). TITAN 2 Preamplier’s improved gain is perfect if you anticipate distributing your signal with a digital splitter to multiple outlets throughout your house as splitters reduce the signal strength available at each output. The new housing includes a combined VHF/UHF input and a single output for a simpler indoor or outdoor installation.

INSTALLATION
FM Switch
To change settings, remove four screws from the cover.
Out
In
1. Internal switch selection. If you
are using a single antenna for TV signals only, there is no need to adjust the internal switches in the amplier.
NOTE: If you are using the antenna
for FM radio signals as well as TV, then select the “OUT” position on the FM trap switch. See Fig 1.
2. Using the U CLAMP, mount the
grey outdoor amplier to the mast below the antenna. See Fig 2.
3. With a short length of coaxial cable (not included),
connect the antenna to the “INPUT” on the amplier. See Fig 2.
4. Connect the down lead coaxial cable (not included)
to the connection labeled “OUTPUT/POWER.” Cable tie the cable to the mast to prevent stress on the connector.
5. Run the down lead coaxial cable (not included) into
the home to a location where an AC power outlet is available. Connect this coax to the connection labeled “TO AMP” of the power inserter. See Fig 2.
IMPORTANT: There should NOT be any signal splitters
located in this coaxial cable line between the outdoor amplier and the indoor power supply. Splitters must be located on the “TO TV” side of the power inserter. See
Fig 3.
6. Connect the coaxial cable (not included) that
distributes the signal to the TV to the “TO TV” port of the power inserter and connect the power supply to the “DC IN” port of the power inserter with the six foot

coaxial cable (included). See Fig 2. Plug the power supply into the AC outlet.
