INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
1. Insert probe of thermometer into thickest part of meat or fowl. Be sure the
tip is not touching bone, gristle, the pan or inserted into cavity of the fowl.
2. Place meat in oven with thermometer facing the door. Leave thermometer
in meat while roasting.
3. When pointer reaches desired temperature, remove from oven.
BOIL TEST INTRUCTIONS:
1.To test thermometer for accuracy, immerse probe into 2 1/2" of boiling water (212˚).
2. If pointer does not register at "Boil Test": If pointer is higher, add that number of
degrees to the recommended temperature for meat being cooked according to
the chart. If lower, then subtract. Adjust red preset indicator on dial to mark the
correct degree of doneness desired.
