INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
1. Insert point of thermometer into thickest part of fowl. Be sure the tip is not touching bone,
gristle, the pan or inserted into cavity of the fowl.
2. Place meat in oven or barbecue with thermometer facing the door. Leave thermometer in
meat while roasting.
3. When pointer reaches desired temperature (degree of doneness), remove from oven
or barbecue.
WARNING:
DO NOT wash in dishwasher. DO NOT submerse into water.
