INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
1. Insert point of thermometer into thickest part of fowl. Be sure the tip is not touching bone,   gristle, the pan or inserted into cavity of the fowl.
2. Place meat in oven or barbecue with thermometer facing the door. Leave thermometer in   meat while roasting.
3. When pointer reaches desired temperature (degree of doneness), remove from oven  or barbecue.
WARNING:
DO NOT wash in dishwasher. DO NOT submerse into water.
