esthetically, unobtrusive
installation profile. Fully rated for
use in air handling spaces, the
enclosure is ported and tuned to
provide surprising bass response in
such a compact unit. The system
utilizes a high quality, 3.5"
polypropylene bass/mid cone with
8-ounce magnet, combined with a

0.5" mylar laminate dome tweeter
with passive crossover. A neat
rotary power selector is located
under the removable grille to aid
when commissioning an
installation.

Units are available in either 100 &

70.7 volt line configuration for
distributed systems or in 8
format for more localized sound­reinforcement requirements. The
system features an easy 3 point
mounting system. A removable
locking connector with 2 screw­down input terminals and 2 loop­thru output terminals is employed,
allowing the system to be pre-wired
before installing the speaker with
fast snap-on convenience. The
entire installation can be
accomplished without requiring
access above the ceiling. A
template is provided for making the
cutout. An attachment loop is

Units are finished as standard in
brilliant white (RAL 9016).However,
the speaker trim and grille can be
painted to match any decoration. A
paint shield is provided for covering
the drivers while painting the rim.

Anechoic Test Chamber,
Withstanding/Insulation Tester and
Programmable Temperature &
Humidity Chamber to ensure
accurate specification, safety and
reliability.

All CES Audio loudspeakers are
designed to withstand operating at
their rated power for 100 hours in
accordance with IEC 268-5 Power
Handling Capacity standards.
