covers network environments where IP can be automatically acquired through DHCP, and ID input and
consent agreement are not required.

LiveShell Device Preparations
Insert batteries or connect to AC adapter (do not turn on the switch yet).
Wait for one minute. The device is ready to
connect when the screen says “Initial Registration”.

Connect the Wi-Fi adapter, push all the way.
Press and hold the button on the upper left
(Power button) for 5 seconds to turn on the
power.
Next, connect the Ethernet cable to the main
device. Press and hold the button on the upper left
(Power button) for 5 seconds to turn on the power.
Please make sure that this step order is followed.
Wait for one minute, and it is ready to connect when
the PIN code is displayed on the screen

Language Setup
When you turn on the LiveShell, the language setup page shows
up on the screen. Select a language using the lower left/right
buttons and click the button on the upper right corner to confirm.

Cerevo Live Shell's warranty obligations for this hardware product are limited to the terms set forth herein. Cerevo, as defined below,
warrants this Cerevo-branded hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE YEAR
from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”). However, this warranty does not apply:

Except as provided in this warranty and to the extent permitted by law, Cerevo is not responsible for direct, special, incidental or
consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory.
Cerevo does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Cerevo is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the product’s use.
Use this product in an environment that has a temperature between 32º~ 104ºF (0°~40°C) and a humidity between 10% ~90%. A low
or high temperature may cause the battery to have a lower life and could temporally stop the device as well. Do not use any other
electrical adapters other than the provided. Doing so could damage the product or result in a fire. Use the adapter with surge protection
only in electrical outlets supplying the electric currents specified on the adapter. Do not use this product in any location that is subjected
to direct sunlight, water, humidity, fire, or high temperatures. Doing so could damage the product or result in electric shock.

To the extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and

As permitted by applicable law, Cerevo specifically disclaims any and all statutory or implied warranties, including, without limitation,
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and warranties against hidden or latent defects.
A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement
or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you.
When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes Cerevo’s property.
When a refund is given, the product for which the refund is provided must be returned to Cerevo and becomes Cerevo’s property.
(1) repair the hardware defect at no charge, using new or refurbished parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability
(2) exchange the product with a product that is new or refurbished that is equivalent to new in
performance and reliability and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product
(3) refund the purchase price of the product.
If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law,
Cerevo will either:
(a) if there is no purchase date, name or signature from the agent on the warranty, or the contents specified on the warranty are altered.
The purchase date can be verified by a valid receipt.
(b) to damage during transportation after the purchase.
(c) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake or other external causes.
(d) to damage caused by connection with other equipment.
(e) to consumable parts, such as batteries.
(f ) to damage caused by use with non-Cerevo products.
(g) to damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Cerevo.
(h) to damage caused by service (including repairs and modifications) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Cerevo.
(i) to damage caused by exposing the product outside of the recommended environment.
(j) if the product is taken apart.
Important: Please do not open this hardware. Doing so voids your warranty.
