Introduction
It contains some additional information and useful advices on the correct use of this steam
cleaner ML-S104
The steam cleaner ML-S104 has a high quality and safety standard. This Operation and
Maintenance describes the many ways of using the steam cleaner ML-S104
Caution!
This Operation and Manual is an integral part of the steam cleaner itself. Please read this Manual
very carefully before starting this steam cleaner. Please keep the manual as a reference book in
case of need.
Warning: Scald danger
Useful information on steam cleaning:
Water in form of steam has an ecological cleaning action and superior to modern detergents. In
the form of steam, water is used sparingly. The steam produced by the machine because of high
temperature reached dissolves fats and dust particles which are normally hard to remove. Steam
has a hygienic cleaning action and leaves no way to bacteria, mites, germs, pathogens, it binds
dust particles, thus preventing dust from causing any allergies. And what’s more she can make
clothing smooth and clean instead of iron. You can benefit from all these advantages by using the
steam cleaner for your household works and at the same time you can make your contribution to
the environment.
Safety of the steam cleaner
1. Remove the plug from the socket before replacing any accessory or when you don’t use the
machine.
2. Connect the machine only if the mains voltage corresponds to the voltage reported on the
rating plate.
3. If an extension cord is used the plug and socket must be of watertight construction.
4. WARNING inadequate extension cord can be dangerous.
5. Before starting the machine, make sure that the power cord, the plug and the steam hose
aren’t damaged.
6. Never, splash, wash down or plunge the machine into water or into the other liquids.
7. Never obstruct the steam outlet or nozzle.
8. Never obstruct the steam nozzle towards people, animals, trees, or towards particularly cold or
hot object.
9. Don’t clean household appliances or electrical connections-such as sockets or control boards
etc. with this steam cleaner.
10. No user serviceable parts inside refer serving to qualified serving personnel.
11. This machine must be repaired by trained technician only.
12. Steam cleaners should not be used by children or untrained personnel.
13. Children don’t know the perils of household appliances, therefore keep them off working
area.
14. Never use the steam cleaner to cleaner to clean the electric cookers.
15. Don’t use in swimming pools containing water.
16. Never work with wet hands.
17. When machine is in operation, don’t cover the machine, it could become overheated.
18. Never change accessories until steam stop spraying out from steam nozzle.
19. Never leave water in the boiler when you store this machine.
20. If you lend your steam cleaner to other people, it’s necessary to give them this operating
manual as well.

important advices
1. Always make sure that the materials or the surfaces to be cleaned are suitable for the steam
cleaner.
2. Follow the manufacture instructions about the cleaning of material.
3. If no information is available, make always a trial on a little visible point of the material. Should
any damage appear, don’t use the steam cleaner.
4. Only professional qualified personnel must be allowed to replace the electric cable.
5. Always use the accessories recommended.
6. Always put a cotton cap on the brushes to avoid scratches.
7. On vertical surfaces, always work from the top to the bottom. Put a cloth under the surface to
be cleaned, to collect dirt.
8. Use the extension pipe only if necessary.
9. Spray the steam on small surfaces at a time. The dirt just dissolved can be removed more
easily.
10. In case of dirt hard to remove, treat the surface directly with steam jet.
11. To remove stains from upholstered furniture or carpets, spray the steam on dirt, then run the
triangular brush over the surface gently, without exerting any pressure. Let the treated surface
get dry and see if the stain has disappeared. In case the result shouldn’t be satisfactory, repeat
this procedure.
12. On delicate surfaces, such as wood surfaces, spray a little steam quantity and dry
immediately.
13. Carpets must be cleaned first with the vacuum cleaner and then with the steam cleaner.
Warning!
The steam jet can’t remove any lime deposit; these must be removed by using ecological vinegar.

Caution!
Furniture surfaces can be treated with the steam cleaner, on the following condition
Never clean with the steam jet Always use a soft cotton cap When you clean, don’t exert any sure with the brush.

Fill the steam cleaner only with normal tap water or with distilled water

4. The boiler must be filled with sufficient water (Best water capacity of ML-S104 1.7 liters)
meanwhile, tighten up the safety valve.
5. The hose must be connected to the relevant accessory.
6. The steam nozzle must not be obstructed.
7. Push the power switch,a power indicator light②will be up,
8. When the work indicator lightup, the machine is ready to work.
9.when the add water indicator light③up, imply boiler is no water.

Pull out the electrical plug from the supply socket
Let the steam cleaner cool down
fit the extension pipe
Push the spring button on the steam gun
Fit the steam gun into the sleeve of the extension pipes until the spring button snaps.
fit the brushes
In order to be able to use the floor brush or the triangular brush (optional), it is necessary to
connect the brush-joint first.
Keep the brush-joint downwards pointed and insert it completely into the brush
Then turn the brush-joint up wards pointed.
Push the spring button on the steam gun or on the extension pipes
Fit the brush-joint into the steam gun or into the extension pipes, until the spring button snaps

Remove the pipe or brushes
Push the spring button on the steam gun or on the extension pipes
Remove the extension pipe or the brush-joint from the steam gun.
Keep the brush-joint downwards pointed and remove the brush from the brush-joint.

Connect the flexible hose with steam gun with the body of machine.

Remove the steam hose
1. Disconnect the power switch.
2. Keep the steam nozzle in a wash-basin after steam stop spraying out completely.
3. Remove the electrical plug from the supply socket.
4. Remove the flexible hose.

Cotton brush cap are used to protect surfaces from scratches.
Be careful! Cap becomes hot while you do the cleaning.
Change cap only after steam stop spraying out and cool down.
Dirty brush cap can be washed in the wash-machine.

This cotton cap is properly designed to fit the triangular, large rectangular brush.
※Fit the small round brush
The small round brush must be used only together with the steam jet.
Fit the small round brush into the steam jet.
Cleaning of glass(optional)
If external temperatures are around the freezing-point, the window glass can be slightly sprayed
with steam at a distance of 20 cm at least.
After that, you can treat the whole glass surface with steam to offset sudden changes in
temperature and avoid tensile stress on the glass surface.
Warning: sudden changes in temperature between glass and steam can break the glass.
Operation process:
1. Place the steam cleaner body on the pane surface.
2. Open the safety valve, fill water into the boiler, then tightens up the safety valve.
3. Connect the steam hose with steam outlet correctly, and connect the brush that you like to
use.
4. Insert power plug into socket and turn on the power switch. You can not push the steam switch
until heater operation light up.
5. After work indicator light up, push the steam switch at the handle of the stem hose, then
steam will spray out immediately.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
All our machines are subjected to strict tests and are covered against manufacturing by a 12
months guarantee. The warranty runs from the date of purchase. The purchasing date shall be
that indicate on the receipt issued when the Dealer deliver the machine. The manufacturer
undertakes to repair free of charge those parts showing manufacturing defects within the
warranty period, or to replace this free of charge. The guarantee shall not cover accidental
damage, caused by transport, neglect or inadequate treatment, incorrect or improper use and
installation failing to comply with the indications in the instruction manual or in any case
resulting from causes that do not depend on normal operation or use of the machine. The
warranty becomes void when machine has been repaired or mishandled by unauthorized third
parties. The warranty shall not cover replacement of the machine or extension of the guarantee
resulting from a breakdown. The machine shall reach carriage free, i.e. with transport expenses at
the user’s charge. The warranty shall not cover any cleaning operations to which the operative
components may be subjected. The manufacturer declines all responsibility for damage to
persons or property caused by bad installation or incorrect use of the machine.

Hints & Techniques
Fix the cotton cap to floor brush, heat with steam for several
seconds, turn steam off, repeat as cap cools cap should be hot
and moist, not wet. It is the damp heat that will dissolve grime
and build-up while the floors do not over-wet and evaporation is
quick. No residues-only clean. Do not use on unsealed floors

Hints & Techniques:
In many cases however follow our directions for using small
round brush for heavily soiled grout in kitchen, mudrooms etc

Hints & Techniques:
Treat by small round brush, blot with towel as you are working.

saving your carpet from ruin.
KITCHENS

Hints & Techniques:
Use steam jet with small round brush for oven surfaces, oven
racks, glass in door, tight areas, corners, burner bibs

For large areas use triangular brush with cotton cap. Use steam
jet without brush for nooks &crannies, wipe with towel

Hints & Techniques:
Use steam jet to reach into tight areas, or use steam jet with
small round brush where needed, rinse or wipe surface. This will
remove build up in the smallest of places around fixtures, sink
edges, set in cutting boards and help to kill bacteria

Hints & Techniques:
Use triangular brush direct first, and wipe with towel. Use steam
jet with small round brush on moldings, wipe with towel. Cabinet

a moment, wipe with towel, repeat if necessary.

Tile & Grout
Hints & Techniques
Use small round brushes, triangular brush with no cap to clean
grout, rinse or wipe clean. Use triangular brush with cotton cap
to maintain.

Hints & Techniques:
Use triangular brush with cotton cap to treat large areas, steam
jet with small round brush for corners, hinges, ledges and bars,
wipe or rinse away dirt.

Hints & Techniques:
Use triangle brush with cotton cap or window cleaner or steam
jet with small round brush to remove heavy soap scum from

glass or ceramic panels. Do not scrub; the heat will melt the soap
build-up. Pre-treat area with mild detergent or vinegar if
necessary. Rinse tools often. Wipe or rinse away loosened dirt.

for stubborn areas, rinse or wipe away soil. Use extension pipes
for easy reach.

GLASS
Windows, Mirrors
Hints & Techniques:
Use window cleaner with cotton cap to the window if it is very
dirty. Then use the window cleaner to wipe down over entire
surface. Again, use the towel for a final edge wipe if necessary.
Avoid cracked mirrors or windows. Use caution on windows
when temperatures are cold on the exterior.

Hints & Techniques:
Use steam jet with small round brush to renew tracks, frame
area, latches etc. Use towel over small round brush to finish and
polish.

Door Tracks & window tracks
Hints & Techniques:
If cleaning up heavy grime in your window or door tracks place a
towel over the steam jet tip to keep particles from blowing
around as they are released from the surface. Wipe and dry with
towel after, surface and crevices are like new.

CARPET
Carpet surfaces
Hints & Techniques:
Vacuum and then PRE-STEAM with large floor brush at 6” above
the surface. Put cotton to floor brush and wipe in two
directions-the second at righty angles to the first. Stubborn areas
may be pre-treated with a light application of gentle detergent
followed with steam treatment.

Spot Cleaning
Hints & techniques:
When using steam jet on spots. STAY 4”-6” from carpet surface.
Blot spot with towel, repeat as necessary.

Painted, Paneling, Wallpaper
Hints & Techniques
Painted walls, wallpaper, wood paneling are heat sensitive.
Always use cotton cap on brushes when treating these surfaces.
Do not dwell on any one area too long-treat once, allow to cool
and retreat.
On heavily soiled areas, pre-steam with steam jet from surface
and then use brush with cotton cap surface may be pre-treated
with gentle detergent mist to help loosen soil. On wood paneling
move quickly, check cotton cap surface for color transfer. Wall
paper stripper on large areas. Use triangular brush with cotton
cap to remove residual paste.

Hints & Techniques:

For hard to reach vents, use extension pipes
A couple of swipes across your vent will clean it quickly.
Wipe vent surface with floor brush with cotton cap. Pre-treat

Curtain, Sofa
Hints &Techniques:
Vacuum first, use triangular brush with cotton cap to remove
dust mites. With iron brush with cotton cap to smooth the
wrinkle of curtain. CAUTION: Do not use the machine for textile
that only can bear temperature below 180 centigrade.

Hints & Techniques:
Test in inconspicuous location prior to treatment. Some velour’s
are very heat sensitive and may deform. Pre-steam area with steam jet at 6 from surface. Use triangular brush with cotton
cap over surface, working in two directions. Cap should be hot &moist, not wet. Use steam jet on seam lines at 2from surface,
wipe away dirt with towel.
