NOTE: The warnings and precautions discussed in this manual cannot cover all possible conditions and situations that may occur. It must be understood by the opera­tor that common sense and caution are fac­tors which cannot be built into this product, but must be supplied by the operator.
Keep the work area clean and well lighted. .2.

Make sure both the truck engine and auxil-3. iary generator is shut down.
Obey the manual for the truck cab air com-4. pressor used to power this tool.
Stay alert. Use common sense. Do not 5.
use the tool while tired or under the inu­ence of drugs, alcohol, or medication.
Tool use and care
Do not use the Air Blow Gun if the Trigger 1. Lever does not turn the tool on or off. Repair before further use.
Disconnect the Air Blow Gun from the air 2. source before adjusting, or storing the tool.
Air source
1. Never connect to an air source
that is capable of exceeding 200 psi. Over pressurizing the tool may cause bursting,
abnormal operation, breakage of the tool or serious injury to persons. Use only clean, dry, regulated compressed air at the rated pressure or within the rated pres­sure range as marked on the tool. Always verify prior to using the tool that the air source has been adjusted to the rated air pressure or within the rated air-pressure range.
Never use oxygen, carbon dioxide, com-2. bustible gases or any bottled gas as an air source for the tool.
Service
Follow manufacturer’s directions for locating 4. the truck cab air line. Usually it is located behind the drivers seat.
Cut the truck cab air line and install the T-5. Fitting (2) as follows:
Remove the nuts on the two ends of the T- a. Fitting body.
Slide the Compression Sleeves out of the b. T-Fitting body. Slide an end of the truck cab air line through a nut and Compression Sleeve and into openings on the T-Fitting body.
Thread the nuts onto the T-Fitting body and c. tighten snugly. This will compress the Com­pression Sleeves and seal the air line.
The procedure is the same as laid out in d. steps (a) through (d) for attaching the Truck Cab Air Blow Gun line.
CAUTION: Make sure all air line ttings are not
leaking when the generator(s) are operating. They may be connected to other needed ac­cessories.
General Operating Instructions
CAUTION! Do Not exceed maximum air pres-1. sure rating of 90 PSI.
WARNING: Never direct the Air Blow Gun at 2. your skin, or any person or animal.
Attach Air Gun (4) by threading onto air line.3.
Thread on the Precision Tip for blowing out small 4. areas or cracks, or the Booster Tip for wide areas.
Tool service must be performed only by 1. qualied repair personnel using only identi­cal replacement parts.
Assembly
NOTE: If you do not feel qualied to safety install 1. this Air Blow Gun, have it installed by a qualied
technician.
NOTE: Tools Needed: Two small adjustable 2. wrenches, small metal saw.
Point the Air Gun and squeeze the Trigger Lever.5.
When nished, Release the Trigger Lever to stop 6. the air ow.
Leave the Air Blow Gun hooked up and coiled 7. under the drivers seat of the truck cab when not in use.
Cleaning, Maintenance
Periodically wipe down entire length of Air Line and inspect for leaks. If any are found, replace Air Line; DO NOT repair.
