You will need the manual for the safety warnings and precautions, assembly instructions, operating and maintenance procedures, parts list and diagram. Keep your invoice with this manual. Write the invoice number on the inside of the front cover. Keep the manual and invoice in a safe and dry place for future reference.
Safety Warnings and Precautions
WARNING: When using product, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of personal injury and damage to equipment.
Read all instructions before using this product!
1. Keep work area clean. Cluttered areas invite injuries.
2. Observe work area conditions. Keep work area well lit while assembling.
3. Check for damaged parts. Before using any product, any part that
appears damaged should be carefully checked to determine that it will perform its intended function. Check for any broken or damaged parts and any other conditions that may affect its operation. Replace or repair damaged or worn parts immediately.
4. Always check hardware and assembled parts after assembling. All
connections should be tight and hardware tightened.
5. Keep children away. Children must never be allowed in the work area
when assembling or using this product.
6. Dress Properly. Non skid footwear is recommended when setting up this
product. Wear restrictive hair covering to contain long hair.
7. Use eye protection. Always wear ANSI approved impact safety goggles
when setting up this product.

8. Maintain product with care. Follow instructions for setting up this product.
Inspect periodically.
9. Do not overreach. Keep proper balance at all times when setting up this
product. Never sit or stand on the Machine Stand.
10. Use the right product for the job. There are certain applications for which
this product was designed. Do not modify this product or use this product for a purpose other than which it was intended.
11. Do not assemble this product if under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Read warning labels on prescriptions to determine if your judgement or reflexes are impaired while taking drugs. If there is any doubt, do not set­up this product.
12. Be sure this product is located on a smooth level surface capable of
supporting the weight of objects placed on the stand, and all related tools placed on the shelf. Maintain balance of machinery on the Machine Stand. If too much weight is placed on the pullout Shelf, the Stand
will topple. Do not exceed the maximum weight capacities shown on page 2.
13. For safe assembly of this product, an individual may require assitance from another person while assemblying portions of the Machine Stand.

When unpacking this product check to make sure that all parts are included as shown in the parts list. If any parts are missing or broken, please call

Step 1:
1. Turn the Table Frame (B) over on a smooth surface. Attach the Pull-Out Bracket (K) to the Table Frame (B) as shown in
Figure 1.

Step 2:
1. Attach the Table Frame (B) to the Table Top (A). Use Bolts (E) in the predrilled holes.

Step 3:
1. Place the four Feet (I) with Nuts (H) to the Front Legs (C1) and Back Legs (C2). Tighten the Nuts.

Step 4:
1. Attach Front Legs (C1) and Back Legs (C2) to Leg Support Frame (D) with Bolts (J), Washers (F), Rings (G), and Nuts (H).

Step 5:
1. Place the Table Top Assembly (A & B) on top of the Legs (C1 and C2), matching the holes in the Table Frame (B). Note: Legs fit inside Table Top.

Step 6:
1. Secure the Table Top Assembly (A & B) on top of the Legs (C1 and C2), matching the holes in the Table Frame (B) with Bolts (J), Washers (F), Rings (G), and Nuts (H).
See Figure 6.

1. Wipe the Table Top (A) and Pull-Out Shelf with a clean, damp cloth. Dry well.
2. When not in use, store in a dry place to avoid rust and corrosion.
3. Periodically check the Machine Stand to make sure all parts and hardware are tightly secured in place.
Maintenance/Inspection
Assembly is complete. Make sure all hardware is tight before using the Machine Stand.

To take advantage of this warranty, the product or part must be returned to us with transportation charges prepaid. Proof of purchase date and an explanation of the complaint must accompany the merchandise. If our inspection verifies the defect, we will either repair or replace the product at our election or we may elect to refund the purchase price if we cannot readily and quickly provide you with a replacement. We will return repaired products at our expense, but if we determine there is no defect, or that the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of our warranty, then you must bear the cost of returning the product.
