DESCRIPTION:
The Central Semiconductor CMKSH-3DO incorporates two galvanically isolated, Low VFSilicon Diodes with an opposing Anode/Cathode configuration, in a space saving surface mount package, designed for fast switching applications requiring a low forward voltage drop. Marking code is KDO.
