Connect as shown in Figure 1.
(see Figure 2 for 28 V)

2 places: #10-32 screw, lock washer, and washer;

torque to 3.4 Nm / 30 lb.in.

Locknut, #10-24;

torque to 3.4 Nm / 30 lb.in.

torque to 8.5 Nm / 75 lb.in.
