1.1 Phone Display

1.2 Key
Key Function
Dail / Answer Key
End/ Power Key
Left Soft Key Enter the Main menu in idle mode.
Right Soft Key
OK Key Enter the Main menu in idle mode.
Numeric key Enter numbers, letters or characters.
Make or answer a call. View call logs in standby mode.
Press and hold to turn the phone on/off. End a call or reject an incoming call. Return to idle mode.
Select the highlighted item.
Access the Contact list in idle mode.
Return to the previous menu.
Confirm a selection.
Select a submenu item labeled with the corresponding number. In idle mode, press and hold the 1 Key to access the voice mail server.
* Press twice quickly to enter ‘+’ to make an international call.
Press and hold to toggle between *, +, (pause character) P, and (wait character) W. Press to enter symbol when editing text.

# Press and hold to activate or deactivate the silent mode in idle mode.
Press to switch input modes when entering text.
Navigation Key
Within a menu, press Up, Down, Left or Right to scroll through menu options. In idle mode, press to access four built-in functions.
1.3 Icons & Symbols
Icon Description
To log onto GPRS - The icon will be displayed only when you have logged onto GPRS.
Network - Indicates signal strength (from no signal to strongest).
Battery - Indicates battery level.
MMS - Indicates you have one or more unread MMS messages.
Message - Indicates you have one or more unread messages.
Missed call - Indicates there is a missed call.
Call Divert - Indicates that “Divert All Voice Calls” is activated.
Lock- Indicates that the keypad is locked.
Alarm-Indicates that the alarm clock is on.
Headset-Indicates that headset profile is activated.

Alert type is “Ring”.

2. Getting Started
Please read the safety instructions in the "Safety Information and Notices" section before use.
2.1 Inserting the SIM Card and the battery
2.1.1 Remove the back cover and battery
Make sure the phone is switched off.
2.1.2 Insert or remove the SIM card
Make sure that the metallic contacts are facing downwards.

2.1.3 Install the battery and back cover
With the metallic contacts of the battery facing the metallic contacts in the battery slot.
2.2 Inserting a T-Flash Card

Open the T-Flash cover on the left side of your phone. Gently slide the card into the slot and press it down until the card locks into place. If you want to get the T-Flash card out, gently press the T-Flash card, then you can remove it from your phone. The T-Flash Card is not delivered as an accessory in your packing box.
2.3 Turning the phone on
To turn the phone on, press and hold the Power Key. Enter the PIN code if required.
2.4 Charging the Battery
1. Ensure the battery is inserted in the handset. Connect the charger to the charger port on the phone.
2. Connect the charger to an AC power socket.
3. Wait until the battery is completely charged. During the charging, the charging icon is displayed in animation. When the charging icon becomes static, the battery is completely charged. It takes about 4 hours to fully charge the battery.

4. Disconnect the charger from the phone.
5. Disconnect the charger from the AC power socket.
2.5 Important Password
Phone lock password is 1122.
2.6 Keypad Lock and Unlock
Go to Settings > Security settings > Auto keypad lock to select the time for keypad lock.
Press the Left Soft Key [Unlock] and then the * Key to unlock the keypad.
2.7 Transfer files to the T-Flash card
1. Insert your T-Flash card into a card reader, and then connect the card reader to the USB port of a
Computer. The Computer will auto detect the card reader as a removable disk. You can access the T-Flash card memory now.
2. Download or upload the files to the T-Flash card.
3. When the transfer is finished, please make sure that you safely remove the card reader by clicking

4. Finally, insert your T-Flash card into your cellular phone, you can view the files in Multimedia > File
manager > Memory card .

3. Text Entry
3.1 Input Method
During text editing, you can press the # Key to switch input modes or press the Left Soft Key [Options]
and select Input Method to select different input modes.
In any input mode, press the * Key to open the symbols input screen.
3.2 Smart Input Method
2 to 9 Press to input letters.
1 Press to input symbol.
0 Press to input space.

/ Press to browse the last or next available word.
Left Soft Key (Select) or the OK Key
Right Soft Key (Clear) Press to clear a letter; press and hold to clear all entries.
# Switch between input mode.
* Press to activate punctuation mode.
Example: How to enter the word "ERROR"

3.3 Multi-tap Input
Using this mode requires you to press a key as many times as the order of the letters listed on the key.
To enter the word «casa» in Multi-tap input mode “
once, press key 7 (PQRS) four times, press key 2 (ABC) once.

3.4 Numeric Input
Press the # Key to select "123" then you can enter the numbers.

4. Calling
4.1 Making a Call
1. In idle mode, enter the phone number.
2. Press the Dial Key to dial the number.
3. Press the End Key to end the call.
Note: During a call, press the Navigation Key Up/Down to adjust the volume.
4.1.1 Making an International Call
1. Press the * Key twice quickly until "+" appears on the screen.
2. Enter the country code.
3. Enter the area code (normally without the 0 before it) followed by the phone number.
4. Press the Dial Key to call directly.
4.2 Answering a Call
Press the Answer Key to answer it. Press the End key to reject it.
