4. When the ALARM time is displayed by holding C. Depressing B can turn on or off the hourly
chime altemately, as shown in Fig. 5.

5. From the normal time display mode press B 2 times can go into the ALARM
time setting mode with the ALARM hour digits and the ALARM SET indicator blinking, press A
to set the digits and C to select the digits, as shown in Fig. 6. The ALARM is armed automatically
if the contents have been set. When the normal time coincides with the ALARM time the stop­ watch the alarm will sound for 30 seconds. Depression of any button when the alarm sounds
stops the alarm.

6. From the ALARM SET mode depress B once to go to the TIME SET mode with the TIME SET
indicator and the SEC. digits blinking, as shown in Fig. 7. Depress A to set the digits and C to
select the digits, as shown in Fig. 8. When all have been set, depress B to return to the normal
time mode.
