How to cook
Cooking with your new Cecomix Compact Plus Plus is very simple, it consists in introducing the ingredients and use the robot according to the recipe book. We will explain how to cook with your Cecomix Compact Plus robot. All the ingredients should be introduced inside the jar. Insert the jar with food in the main body of the Cecomix Compact Plus. Then install the lid and turn in the opposite direction of the clockwise.
Page 10

IMPORTANT: There are measures inside that show that you can’t exceed the maximum. Before cooking you need to adjust the parameters of the recipe as given in the recipe book. Select the cooking time for the robot that has a rotary control, which changes from 1 to 60 minutes in 5 minute of intervals. Every 5 minutes your robot will beep, and when the set time is finished it will emit 3 beeps.
Select the grinding speed indicated in the recipe, using the buttons 1 and 2. We recommend you follow the speed marked in the recipe book, but you can always change it. Select the cooking temperature, for this we have left buttons, which select the proper temperature. Whenever you select the cooking temperature the robot will heat during the cooking process. We can also use the Cecomix Compact Plus without selecting temperature. If we program a temperature for a set time and speed, the speed will continue until the originally scheduled time is up. Example: Heat 20 minutes at 100 ºC without speed, and 8 minutes before the end of the preparation if we grind at speed 2, we select speed 2 and during the 8 minutes remaining will apply grinding to 100 ºC and speed 2 .
How to clean
Never use the dishwasher for cleaning your Cecomix Compact Plus. The lid, the measuring cup and the inside of the jar are in contact with food, so it must be cleaned with soap and water using a sponge. For the rest of the component use a damp cloth. Do not dip the jar or the main body in any liquid, it would cause irreparable damage that is not covered by the guarantee. Remember to always disconnect the device before starting cleaning. Be careful when cleaning the blades, they carve so much. Do not dip the jar into a liquid for cleaning. It is usual that when we cook tomato or milk remains are glued to the wall, so let soak a few hours in warm water and wash with soap. Never use a dishwasher to clean your Cecomix Compact Plus.
