Standard Cecilware Features

• Vertical Lift Door - hinged on the top to give you complete access.

Dispenses Cappuccino 30% faster, reducing Cappuccino lines and wear and tear on
major dispenser components.

• Vacuum Steam Removal System (VSRS) – Ensures the powdered mix remains dry to eliminate

clogging, caking and bridging.

• Removable Moisture & Powder Collection Tray - Catches excess moisture and cappuccino powder

before it reaches the vacuum motor. Keeps the dispenser in top working condition.

• Uniquely Designed Water Tank – Maintains perfect brew temperature readiness at all times.

• Highly Functional, Cup Guide - Ensures product is dispensed accurately into cup. Capable of handling

8½" cups.

• Self Cleaning Feature – Rinse system cleans the entire whipper chamber with hot water at the end of

each cycle. All parts requiring regular cleaning can be removed by hand.

• SMARTSENSE Density Sensors - Monitors cappuccino powder level, alerts operator when product

hopper needs to be refilled, shuts off dispense mechanism on empty flavor hopper, and re-engages when
hopper is refilled.

• Automatic Portion Control – Allows an operator to dispense Cappuccino into a predetermined size cup.
