Introduction:
The HW7-11 Food Warmer, with its unique double
boiler effect, will heat foods such as chili, fudge,
gravies, chowders and frozen foods quickly without
burning them. Serving temperature will be
accurately maintained with a few degrees.
Operation:
Pour four (4) quarts of water into the warming well.
Note: For quicker pre-heating, use hot water.
Place Food Pot (11 quarts or 7 quarts with adapter
ring) into the well and turn thermostat to its highest
setting #9. After approximately 20 minutes, turn
thermostat knob back to #5 position or hold
position.
Stirring of food during the heat-up period is
recommended for quicker heat-up.
Caution:
Never place food directly into well or pour water
into a dry, pre-heated well. The steam vapor from
the water may cause injury.
WARMER
Every Cecilware product has been carefully inspected before shipment. The finest of
materials and the highest standards of workmanship have been built in to the
equipment.
Within 1 year of purchase, should any Cecilware product show defect in factory
workmanship or material, we agree to repair, at our option or replace without cost to
user such parts which prove upon factory inspection to have been so defective. All
equipment must be shipped transportation charges prepaid for acceptance. This
warranty covers replacement parts only, labor charges are covered for 90 days after
installation.
This warranty does not apply under the following conditions:
• neglect or abuse of equipment
• excessive lime condition
• improper installation
• any outside modification to equipment
Every Cecilware urn body is covered for three years. This warranty covers the
stainless steel body and stainless steel liners only.
Portable equipment such as Electric Fryers, Food Warmers, Electric Stoves.
Dispensers, Plug-In Urns, Coffee Brewers and Warmers must be returned to the
factory or brought to an authorized service station for repair.

To Clean:
Wash with soap or mild detergent. To remove scale
caused by hard water soak in white vinegar or quality
scale remover.
Operation Hints:
To retard evaporation, keep unit covered. Elements
should be covered with water for most efficient heat
transfer.
