• Sleek and strong stainless steel construction for long life and easy maintenance
• All models can be operated using natural or LP gas (conversion kit included)
• Angled sidewalls and bottom plate reflect heat into cooking zone for better and more
accurate heat distribution
• Reversible heavy-duty cast iron grilling grates for delicate proteins
• Manually controlled, independent cooking zones and easy-access front panel pilot adjustments
• Countertop units with 20” depth available in four widths: 15”, 24”, 36”, and 48”
• Grates are in individual sections and are designed to be tilted for different heating levels
• Versatile with the ability to alternate between lava rock and radiant cooking methods
• Lava Rock Kit and Holding Rack options available in 24”, 36”, and 48”
• Ergonomically rounded front bullnose and 1¾” sturdy non-marring stainless steel legs
