C entury 2000 combines the low profile

requirements needed by most coffee

establishments with high performance output.

Automatic Coffee Brewer Series

Engineered to extract the finest quality and delicate flavor from all coffee, the

Century 2000 Automatic Coffee Brewers add ambiance and convenience to any
coffee bar or station. Its low profile and space saving qualities make this series an
irresistible system to compliment any business or food establishment.

Have interrupted brew cycles left you with coffee too strong for your

customers to enjoy? With the Century Brewer’s “built-in” Separate Hot Water
System, your problem is now eliminated. This system, designed with a safety flow
hot water faucet, allows you to offer your customers piping hot tea, cocoa or other
soluble products without affecting the brew cycle.

Brewing Coffee with a Gravity Feed System assures you potful after

potful of accurately brewed coffee. Designed for brewing locations where low
water pressure occurs, this unique brewing system gives you the
constant water pressure needed to brew coffee while eliminating short
potting. Gravity Feed System Coffee Brewers are available on all Automatic
Models. Simply add “G” suffix to model # (e.g. C2001G)

Heat Exchange Water Coil System – A separate internal

hot water system has been incorporated into all Automatic
Coffee Brewers. This heat exchange system gives the
operator the ability to extract piping hot water for tea,
soup or hot chocolate while brewing coffee.This technology
doesn’t create water shortages resulting in short potting.

Safety Flow Hot Water Faucet – A standard safety

feature available on all Automatic Century Brewers. This
feature automatically shuts off the hot water faucet once
an operator walks away from the brewer. It does not allow
free flow which can accidentally deplete your water tank
resulting in heater element burnout.
