Knock Down Pan Rack (BR-F3) Assembly

1. Place frames with runners on their sides. Take a cross bar

and insert the bottom posts into the squares on the cross
bars.

2. Insert the casters into the bottom of the uprights and

tighten with included nuts and bolts. Do the same on the
other side of the bottom of the rack.

3. At the top of the rack take the cross bar that has screw

holes in the end of the bar and place it between the
uprights. Tighten down with the enclosed nuts and
bolts .Do the same on the other side of the top of the rack.

4. Insert the middle crossbar that has screw holes in the end

of the bar. Insert the screws on both sides and tighten down.
Do the same on the other side of the rack.

5. Set rack into place for use.

** Note bolt holes may not line up exactly. If this occurs, use
the wrench to twist the bolt through the holes. This is the
reason the rack is extremely rigid after assembly.

2 bottom cross bars
2 top cross bars

2 center cross bars
4 TPR stem casters
1 bag of (4) nuts and (12) screws
