• Pre-infusion - Pulse Brewing - Bypass - These brew
enhancement features can be easily set to suit your coffee
brewing needs.
• Sleep Mode - Designed to save the operator money in
electrical costs, “IT” ‘s Sleep Mode automatically starts when
the brewer has not been used for four hours.
• Programmable Timer with Battery Backup - This feature
turns the brewer on and off at any prespecified time. It will not
brew coffee automatically, but will heat the water and get it
ready for the brew cycle to begin.

Cecilware’s 1½ gallon coffee carriers and heated stands offer an easy
and practical solution to this everyday occurrence. By placing a
select number of carriers and stands at self-service or waitress
stations, your coffee dispensing problems are solved. When coffee is
running low, simply walk a carrier over to the brewer and brew away.
When finished, the self-contained thermal carrier is ready for
dispensing.
