the bases with digital accuracy, and it’s water proof, too!

ELIMINATE THE QUESSWORK
The DWP 302, with its pocket sized 5” stem, lets you quickly monitor the temperature of whole roasts and
poultry or grilled patties, steaks and chops as thin as ½:. Built to stand up to moisture and spills, you can
use it anywhere temperature is important hot or cold, wet or dry:
Yeasts and doughs Meats and poultry
Hot & cold beverages Grilled foods & more

EASY TO USE
When it’s time to check the temperature, simply press the On/Off/Mode button. Immerse or insert the stem
at least ½: to get the most accurate readings.
Press the button again to activate the Data Hold mode and lock the display. This prevents the reading from
changing after the thermometer is removed from the food. The display flashes in Data Hold mode.
Press a third time to return the DWP302 to Off mode.
To change between F and C, start from Off mode.Press and hold the On/Off for several seconds until the
temperature symbol changes to the desired scale.

IMPORTANT: We use a special lens to help ensure a watertight seal between the leans and housing, but
this lens and electronic components can be damaged if left in a hot oven. Remove the dish from the oven
before taking the temperature, and remove the DWP302 if more cooking is required. Hand wash and dry.

TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Any CDN instrument which proves to be defective in material or workmanship within five years of original
date of purchase will be repaired or replaced without charge upon receipt of the instrument, prepaid, at the
address listed above. This warranty does not cover damage in shipment or failure caused by tampering,
obvious carelessness or abuse.
