Cleaning function
This function heats a tray of water to approximately 90°C (for a preset time of 30 minutes) which will help to loosen any stubborn stains or dirt inside the oven and make it easier to clean the interior manually.
Use the baking tray (the shallower of the two supplied). Pour approximately 250ml (one glass) of water into the tray, insert it into the lowest shelf position and activate the function (function 10 on the table opposite). Once complete, an acoustic signal will sound. Wearing oven gloves, remove the baking tray, switch the power o at the mains supply and clean the interior as per the cleaning and maintenance section (page 16).
Remember that the oven interior will be hot to the touch, exercise extreme care and always wear adequate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
