1. Read and understand all safety and operating instructions prior to installing the WiFi Bridge Kit.
Retain Instructions: The safety and operating instructions should be retained for future reference.
2. Water and Moisture: Coaxial sealant around openings and connections of device and antenna will
prevent damage when used outdoors. Use device in a vertical position.
3. Never use a utility pole to mount the device and antenna or to use as a support. Never climb a utility pole.
4. Antenna installations can be dangerous because many times it involves the use of a ladder and a
possible fall. Do Not install antenna on a wet, snowy or windy day or if a thunderstorm is approaching
especially when on top of a building or ladder.
5. The antenna can be struck by lightning, which can be fatal. We recommend a licensed and insured
installation by a qualied person. If you are unsure of your competency regarding the installation, it is
best to seek the help of a qualied professional antenna installer.
6. Power (POE) Adapter Cord or Ethernet Cable. The power adapter must be used inside only. The power
cord and Ethernet cables should be positioned so they are not pinched, walked on, or have items placed
on top of it. Pay particular attention to cords at plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point where
they exit from the unit.
7. Unplug the power cord to the power adapter by gripping the power plug, not the cord. Operate this
device using only the correct type of power adapter included. If you are not sure of the type of power
supplied to your home, consult your dealer or local power company.
8. Do not overload wall outlets or extension cords. This can result in a risk of re or electrical shock.
9. If the Bridge Kit is left unattended and unused for long periods of time, unplug the power adapter from
the wall outlet. This will prevent damage caused by storms, lightning or power line surges.
10. In the event of storms, unplug the power adapter from the wall outlet. This will prevent damage caused
by lightning or power line surges.
11. The installation or dismantling of any antenna near power lines is dangerous. Each year hundreds of
people are killed or injured while attempting to install or dismantle an antenna.
12. Do not attempt to service the electronic devices yourself. They should be serviced by qualied service
personnel when:
A. The power supply cord or the plug has been damaged, or
B. The Bridge Kit has been exposed to lightning, or
C. The Bridge Kit does not appear to operate normally or exhibits a marked change in performance.
The one year warranty covers parts, but does not cover any costs incurred in removal, shipping or
reinstallation of the product. This limited warranty does not apply if the product is damaged, deteriorates,
malfunctions or fails from: misuse, improper installation, abuse, neglect, accident, tampering, modication
of the product as originally manufactured, usage not in accordance with product instructions or acts of
nature such as damage caused by wind, lightning, ice or corrosive environments such as salt spray and acid rain.
