In the hardware bag package you will find the servos wood blocks(8 pcs,bag H).Screw the servos to
two block and check the aligment with the servo arm exit.Put the servo with wood blocks to the
servo cover and glue it with a small quantity of epoxy.For safety is better to screw each servo wood
block from the outside of servo cover.We suggest to use a good servos(es jr8711 or similar)
For the flap servo you must create a hole for the linkage exit from the wing

RUDDER SERVO INSTALLATION
You will find the servo support internal the rudder,simply screw the servo in place and make a hole
for the servo arm.Put temporanely the linkage(bag C) and check where make a slot for the control
horn(bag C).We suggest to use a good servos (es. Jr8711 or similar)

ELEVATOR SERVOS INSTALLATION
Elevator servos support it’s ready to use.Before glue it, check carefully the servos installation and
movements.Put the two elevators carbon rod in the bearings support,align and screw it.
Screw the two servos (jr8911 or similar)to the wood plate support(part F) and glue it in the former
in the fuselage,we suggest to glue very well this part using a good epoxy resin.Put the linkage(bag
C) and check the alignment.Neutral position of the elevators is 0° with wing.For a better result We
also suggest to balance the elevators, putting a lead in the LE.

GEAR DOORS INSTALLATION
You can choise to install the servos or air cylinders for the gear doors movements.The main gear
doors must use 3 hinges(Black hinge included in a hardware bag)
Small main gear doors and nose gear doors use a small brass hinge included in a kit(hardware
package,(bag P)).

To simplify the gear doors system you can also choise to screw the two small main gear doors and
make the slot on it for the legs movements. If you choise to install a servos for the gear doors
movements, in the hardware package(bag A+M) you will find the servo supports like in the photo
below.

TURBINE AND PIPE INSTALLATION
Turbine support and pipe are ready to use but before to screw please check the alignment from the
turbine and inox pipe and exaust in the fuselage.

For safety we suggest to protect the exaust area and the bottom of the elevators with an aluminium
sheet,please see photos below.

In the kit you will find the inox protection for the two exaust in the fuselage,sand it and glue on
site,for safety stop with some small screw.

RETRACTS INSTALLATION
Our retracts kit are ready to use, you simply screw the retracts to the wood support and check the
correct movements together the gear doors.
FUEL TANK INSTALLATION
Main fuel tank must be positioned in the top of air inlet.You must glue the two wood
support(included in a hardware bag M) to the tank, using a good epoxy resin.

Hopper tank can be positioned near to the main tank

Wood plate (O) included in the kit can be used to install electronic devices.In our model for we
simple covered a wood plate with Carbon Oracover

How to stop the wings
The two carbon spar on the wings can be stopped trought the alu block already fitted in the
fuselage,Main screw trought gear door, rear screw you must create a holes in the fuselage.
Air Speed brake
In the bag you will find two horns and two steel pin for the airbrake,glue the horns in the airbrake in
the exact position like in the photo.

Make a holes for the teo pins in the bottom of turbine cover and insert the horns of airbrake on it.
You can move the airbrake with servo or air cylinder at your choise.
CG
The correct CG is located at 23 cm from the LE please see photo below,You can move it little bit
rear for increase aerobatic.Cg with UAT full and empty big fuel tank,gear down.

Aileron:15mm up 15 mm down,expo 60%
Elevator:35mm up 30mm down, expo 60%
Flap:take off 15mm
Rudder:20mm left/right
You can adjust these setting depending of you flight mode
In the starting sequence of your turbine we suggest to move the elevators like in the photo below,to
eliminate any problem with a low air flow and high temperature.
In flight when you push up the turbine,the model move upward so we suggest to make a mix with
elevators.
