Obs.: Este roteiro tem caráter orientativo, podendo alguns itens sofrer
adaptações pela Enga de Fábrica para melhor adequar ao processo produtivo.
1. INTRODUÇÃO
Nota:
ü É necessário pré-aquecer a TV durante 15 minutos antes desta
calibração.

1.1 Como selecionar o MODO FÁBRICA
a) Ligue ao terra o pino 78 do IC101 (momentaneamente) ou pressione a
tecla no serviço de controle remoto (veja a descrição serviço de controle remoto).
b) Selecione a opção de ajuste pressionando as teclas CHÙ ou CHÚ do
controle remoto do painel frontal da televisão ou use o serviço de controle remoto (veja a descrição serviço de controle remoto).
Nota: Todas as opções de ajuste podem ser selecionadas diretamente do
teclado numérico do controle remoto.
c) Ajuste a opção desejada pressionando as teclas VOLØ ou ×VOL do
controle remoto do painel frontal da televisão ou use o serviço de controle remoto. (veja a descrição serviço de controle remoto).
c1) VOLØ - aumenta mostrador (MAX.). c2) ×VOL - diminui mostrador ( MIN.). d) Para sair do MODO FÁBRICA, use a tecla OSD/OUT do controle remoto.

2. Recomendações importantes
2.1 Antes de iniciar os ajustes, o conjunto TV deveria ser pré-aquecido durante
pelo menos 15 minutos.
2.2 O posicionamento do conjunto TV deveria obedecer aos parâmetros magnéticos da América do Sul que é –120 mG. Na prática, Isso é tomado com uma relativa precisão, posicionando o conjunto TV com a tela do CRT apontando para o leste geográfico.

4. Geometr ia da Imagem
a) Usando o gerador PM - 5515, aplique o padrão crosshatch com círculo. b) Ajuste os itens abaixo, até obter o círculo de melhor simetria e
posicionamento, tão bem quanto a distorção geométrica da imagem:
ü Use o registro (VSl) para ajustar a simetria vertical; ü Use o registro (VAm) para ajustar a altura vertical; ü Use o registro (VSh) para ajustar a posição vertical; ü Use o registro (SC) para ajustar a linearidade vertical; ü Use o registro (HSh) para ajustar a posição horizontal
c) Feitos estes ajustes, use os registros abaixo para corrigir outras distorções geométricas:
d) AJUSTE DE LINEARIDADE HORIZONTAL: VR401
Aplicar um sinal Padrão CROSS-HATCH, com os controles do TV na condição PADRÃO. Ajustar o VR401 para que as larguras dos retângulos fiquem mais idênticas possíveis no sentido horizontal da Tela, em relação ao lado esquerdo, centro e direito da Imagem. Este ajuste interage com os demais ajustes de Geometria, sendo necessário então o reajuste dos mesmos até que se obtenha um resultado final satisfatório em relação à Geometria da Imagem.

Obs.: Ao ajustar o VR401 aumentando a Largura total da Imagem, a largura dos retângulos na parte central da Tela aumenta em relação aos retângulos do lado esquerdo e direito, e por outro lado, reduzindo a Largura total da Tela, a largura dos retângulos do centro da Tela diminui em relação aos retângulos do lado esquerdo e direito da Tela.

5. Balanço de Branco
Nota:
ü O ponto de corte não necessita de ajuste, porque ele é
automaticamente feito pelo IC101.
ü O ajuste branco já está pré-ajustado e gravado no IC101 e, assim,
seu ajuste não é necessário.

Caso contrário, se for necessário mudar a temperatura do padrão, procede no seguinte caminho:
a) Entre no modo de serviço. b) Selecione via CHÙ or CHÚ as funções WPR (25), WPG (26) e WPB (27). c) Aumente ou diminua a intensidade via VOLØ ou ×VOL respectivamente.
6. Ajuste de Grade Screen
Modo 1: a) Aplique um padrão de escala cinza. b) Ajuste os controles para:
ü Brilho - 50% ü Contraste - 70%
c) Meça a tensão DC nos três catodos (CRT) (um por vez) e selecione o mais
alto.
d) Conecte uma ponta de teste X100 para o catodo selecionado (maior
tensão DC).
d) Ajuste o potenciômetro de screen (localizado no FBT) para obter 150V, de
acordo com a ilustração abaixo.
Nota. O osciloscópio deveria ser posicionado no modo vertical.

Modo 2: a) Selecionar o registro 99 (VSD). b) Pressione VOLØ ou ×VOL para selecionar e ajustar o controle de screen
localizado no FBT, até a linha horizontal estar ligeiramente visível no centro da tela.
